"I"
The gear needs to change. Awareness and acceptance becomes the first step in cooling us down!
When I think, who is this ‘I’ and how is this experience created? Fundamentally, I am not the thought (or the imagination or the construct or the perception of the universe). But when I say this, am I implying that one needs to “reject” everything else and see everything as an illusion?
Why can’t we embrace everything instead?....I exists in many forms of vibrations in many scales. It exists as space, as force and as matter. There is no other separate thing than different forms of ‘I’.
So this ‘I’ is interconvertible to any state of space-force-matter or to any scale of space-force-matter. Hence, ‘I’ is fluid in its very nature and depending on its fluidity at a given instant, the perception or the imagination of universe is felt. Thus, the natural tendency of ‘I’ to vibrate, to change to convert to remain fluid is to be realized and not to be judged.
In human being, as a phenomenon, ‘I’ can be space or mind or body. All are different and interrelated states. One thing that doesn’t change is the absolute ‘I’ (Space or consciousness), but which generates all other states of Mind and body. This unchanging ‘I’ has an intrinsic property to vibrate to generate or appear as Mind and Body and that’s what we see when we look around and feel all things around us. What are we looking at? What are we seeing, or hearing or tasting or smelling….and what do we therefore imagine? What is this imagination and how do we get affected? The question of ‘why’ at a fundamental level needs to convert itself into ‘how’ (or understanding of the tendency of Universe).
Whatever we imagine as human constructs, is a vibration. We will remain engaged in our experiences and we will continue to feel a range of experiences having being born in a human body. It is one (out of many other ways) of expressing and feeling consciousness. It is a state of perception/ vibration.
So one only needs to observe oneself and one’s thoughts. As much as we can remain non judgmental about everything, the more lighter we tend to become. What is there to control? So many things and so many lives and so many phenomena happening at various scales at different rates at the same time….and which will continue to happen perpetually. Why control? What is there to control? For what? The truth of existence is to accept this fluidity of thought. What is the fun if we expect absolute control – which is impossible any way! Expecting control is to invite stress (intellect). The power of the intellect, according to me, is to realize that the need for control was a foolish idea after all! The power of the intellect is to realize that we just express the flow of existence – there is an opportunity given to us, so might as well enjoy the same!
