Prana

Certain messages need to be reminded again and again – and especially after annoyingly demanding tasks and justifications asked by people. Which opens up a topic of what is to be remembered and what is the purpose of remembrance? TO get straight to the point, remembrance is memory and is a dimension of our existence. And what is existence? Existence is an awareness of being identified with a particular ‘form’ of manifestation. We have a mind and a body (the counter question is – Is this real or happening as imagination – in our heads?!!) This experience of reality (of thought/mind and body) is what continues to make us believe our existence. Decoding this further, we come across tendencies to expressions and clinging or of fear. Fear is on account of the belief in impermanence of things – of changing nature of reality. Fear essentially is because of our belief in thinking that we remain different from other forms of existence and hence are susceptible for some kind of harm by uncontrolled forces. This differentiation then breads competition of sorts and this in turn, depends on the manner in which we perceive things through our senses. Signals from our senses are taken or acknowledged by our brain and we connect different signals together to create a response. This is how a situation is perceived. This means that “signals” are first to be recognized for their presence. Having recognized them, a response (analysis) is added on the same signals to act. Thus we have recognition and analysis – all aspects of our existence. Both these words convey a meaning that can expand the entire world. The act of recognition and response is dependent on the form of existence.

Firstly what do we choose to recognize? And a difficult question is ‘why’ do we recognize signals? One will realize by contemplating on these questions that it is a form or nature of manifestation that generates these tendencies in us. Consciousness can be considered as a starting point of everything – beyond space/ time and any impressions of perceptions towards differentiations. Consciousness vibrates to create a physical manifestation of space-force and matter (a physical form) and this has validity as long as they get perceived by the nature of force/mind which expresses through these forms. Thus, forms may be perceived at a physical level or at the level of mind/ thought/intent/memory or at the level of spirit -consciousness. As long as one believes in separate existence – be it plant or animal or human being or anything else, one is under the influence of impulses of perception. This impulse is about attachment to senses and to survive. This results in recognition of “signals” around us…we catch those waves of thoughts since we (the existential force) wish to survive or cling to the idea of differentiation. So there is nothing “we”….it is “Jivatma” or a Force of a particular kind. One can also call it “Prana”. These signals are coming from the depth of consciousness – they can be called as “waves” and these are sequenced to create some meaning for us (Waves = Prana). The more these waves are seen at a subtle level, the more we will start to perceive a diffused and a more interconnected picture of the entire cosmos. Thus, there are different memories based on different intentions. All that is to be understood is that we express one of the forms of existence (out of billion other ways) and this should make us more humble and empathetic in our behavior.

So the basic question is what is the intent of our thought – if it can take us from a specific form to a universal consciousness? This introspective (inward looking question) is what a human being can ask himself/herself. And herein lies the role of speed of thoughts and discovery of variables in thought pattern.

Increase in the speed of thoughts and identification of minutest of variables and their validity aren’t going to lead one anywhere. If one is aiming for consciousness, then the speed of the thoughts should reduce, the gap between two thoughts should expand. Expanding the gap would also mean that previous variables no longer are considered as a part of the equation – they are submerged under other larger or more important variables or are dissolved. Larger variables or more important variables may also exhibit lower rate of change. This is something that is in our hands. However, the current reliance on AI is doing the opposite and unnecessarily causing further fragmentation of ourselves with more stress and anxiety.

When one talks of controlling thought, one means to refine the intent of imagination to perceive consciousness. Finding the starting point of intent is a process that will lead one to a host of other inquiries of manifestation, cycles of reincarnation, momentum and their effects. It will also lead to knowing how is thought created, what are waves, what is a sense, and we need not identify ourselves with anything of these phenomena. In other words, dismantling chunks of thoughts or sequences results in reaching consciousness. As we reach closer to consciousness, we become consciousness - that is, our present state of ‘mind’ has to transform and fragment itself to extremely subtle waves. Since the present state of mind is a result of how we perceive senses and objects, if mind changes, so will the nature of body, senses and existence. Thus, form of manifestation will change. For  someone who has had a glimpse of consciousness, the universe will not exist OR the universe will be perceived in a way which is entirely different from the way we ordinarily perceive it.

Unity and Differentiation

Journey of life is solitary. One may have a spouse, family, friends and a lot of people around, but the awareness of existence is a phenomenon that each of us needs to experience. I am not really sure if truth can be said as it is and even if it is, there is a possibility that people will hear according to what they consider right. Then a question arises that what is the whole point in saying anything at all, if people wish to only analyze and prove something. And the impulse of proving is concealing of fear or the belief in separateness.

As more and more of the mental environment becomes rational and dictated by the logic of algorithm; lateral thoughts, introspection, calmness, space, gap, condensation, acceptance, offering, feelings seem to go for a toss.

A human mind comprehends all these thoughts and not just the algorithm. The question is about how fast and efficient is a particular thought and how much can it be very much ‘particular’ to the moment? Slicing the scale of time to nanosecond implies extremely fast rate of thought and increased amount of dissection of a situation. More variables, more possibilities, more choices, more busyness, more decisions, more burden and therefore more stress.

It is ‘we’ who decide which variables are required to be acknowledged and which aren’t. The intellect, by the use of control and fear, will aim to dissect and invent as many variables as possible to complicate the situation and refine the output. However, the ideal aim of mind should be to dissolve all variables and sense a unity in all apparently different situations. In other words – any ‘variable ‘ introduces a differentiation. And unity dissolves all variables. Unity or differentiation, thus becomes a matter of mind – what it chooses to believe. The mind can see variables or completely see a unified picture of Oneness.

Unity can be experienced if the link of geographical phenomena to historical phenomena to philosophy can be traced. This can also happen if a direct path of philosophy is also practiced. Philosophy is nothing but an acknowledgement of the nature of Reality – which is a matter of imagination. And the nature of imagination is such, that space-force-matter are involved in it. Consciousness is involved in the creation of the ‘form’ and with any form, there exists an aspect of perception (force). Thus, a human imagination is a phenomenon that implies a state of perception. To perceive is to become aware of our constructs and to further decode phenomenon means to see these as waves and matter which are different states of consciousness.

Our response to situations (that are perceived because of our mind/ waves/ electrical impulses) is unwarranted OR optional. It is NOT a must to acknowledge the effects of our imagination. But the nature of imagination is such, that separation of life forms is perceived and hence the compulsion to survive. No amount of control by technology can give us peace as the premise of technology itself is false. If differentiation is what we continue to perceive, then that is the way any technology will be deployed. So it is all about ‘intent’. Intent is altered by experiencing the truth. If truth is experienced - which is consciousness – then intent becomes ideal.

Silence

Everything seems like an effort nowadays. Too much noise, too much clarification, too much justification. Even when I think about a concept, there is a need to justify thinking! I don’t think that thinking exists for justifying anything at all. Thinking is one of the modes of expression of manifestation and just as space-time fabric is created because of manifestation, or vibration in consciousness, similarly thinking (as a form) happens because of vibration.

So this means that all intents, signals, tendencies, patterns emerge from consciousness. We choose to catch those vibrations or intents and that is the way we begin to perceive ourselves and the Universe. It is upto us what we wish to perceive. The Universe/ manifestation and consciousness in turn, perceives ‘us’ at the same time. So ‘I’ (as a consciousness) am listening!

The topic I wish to write about today is this: the value of silence and slowing down. This can be explained philosophically also in terms of vibrations, intensity and frequency of vibrations and how does consciousness lie beyond that.

But I think that just by observing and being silent and restricting the urge or the compulsion to act, the mind can get stronger and expand beyond its own boundaries. Verbosity may offer clarity, but it also means increased justification and thicker self imposed boundary. Knowing or blabbering tons of information may just be a disguise to conceal deeper vulnerabilities or to dodge fear or to brush aside the decoding of insecurity or the clinging tendency of the force.

The truth of manifestation is an unending and a fluid journey. WE are phenomenon, so our awareness of ‘life’ remains in a fluid state. Whatever we think or do or decide or act – is all embedded in this manifested (make believe) world. The basic issue is about momentum or the desire to do something. Desire again, is dependent on the belief in a separate entity – us. This keeps us on the edge and makes us perform. This creates expectations again, we keep running in this maze of thoughts. It is a self perpetuated algorithm of performing even when the body may not be able to support.

This running and clinging and expecting and refining and justifying and competing are enormous energy that all worldly possessions cannot satisfy or relinquish. The answer does not lie in craving for ‘more’ and running after it. On the contrary, the answer (or the approach) lies in renunciation. Give up this craze of running. Give up this craze of fulfillment of desires. Give up this idea of ego and performance and what not! Turn the attention inward, see the waves and do not identify with them. These waves will die down eventually. IF this seems to be the approach, then why work at all?

This is a difficult question. And nobody knows why one needs to keep engaging. It is a fundamental nature perhaps – of consciousness that it keeps vibrating. One may exist in a state of vibration or be consciousness itself – but one either takes a form or remains formless. Taking a form means loads of attachments, momentum and memory and change. Even when the form is taken then, the requirement is to realize the nature of manifestation.

By realizing the nature, the journey begins inward and consciousness is eventually realized. The journey is solitary. What I see, I may not be able to communicate. Whatever I communicate, you will hear only that, which your mind accepts. Whatever your mind accepts, you will respond depending on your own tendency. So there is a difference in the communication of the message and the difference lies because perceptions of two individuals are on separate plains because of their unique nature of imagination.

Consciousness is not to be communicated – it is to be realized in ‘us’. Speaking about consciousness is incidental. However that does not short circuit our required efforts.

All talk about hobby, and passion and work and other things are still – a talk. Who are you proving and for what? The answer is only in observance. The answer is only in silence, wherein silence means no vibration of any kind.

Less is more.

Less is more.

All things can be stated as: consciousness to force and matter. When I see a form, it is meant to be seen as a condensed nature of Space, set in motion by force and which perceives any other kind of matter or a force. Consciousness has taken a form and it is perceived by some other kind of force - matter, which has also generated from the same consciousness! Hence, finally, it is consciousness communicating with consciousness through different conduits/ layers of force and matter! Signals/ vibrations of any kind require a conduit (a boundary or a form). What we see or consider ourselves to be, are nothing but conduits. Any form is living – in the sense that it communicates with the web of force-matter. The birth and transformation of Universe and its perception are interdependent phenomena. The physical tendency of consciousness to vibrate to create space-time fabric and then force and then matter (at all scales) also gives rise to a parallel force of perception (feelings/ intellect or intent). This may be more pronounced in us than other life forms but that doesn’t underestimate the value of anything known or unknown. All exist as different forms of the same DNA, hence the question of differentiation and placing an intrinsic value to a particular form shouldn’t arise in the first place. But it does, since we consider our constructs to be true because of the tendency of thought to cling to senses. Thought is a force having several layers of waves. They are required to be observed without any judgment. ‘I’ is a whole set of these forces. Concentration is expected on a particular intent, it is then expected to expand our mind and reach conscious state.

The belief in a separate entity leads to several responses of self protection – anger being one of them. This is the grosser tendency of the mind. If everything is decoded then one will realize that these tendencies arise from consciousness itself! And it is we again, who catch these tendencies present everywhere. Our mind catches whatever we tell it to and makes us believe in those tendencies/ or patterns. As we connect with larger phenomena and other cosmic events, our intent changes, thoughts change and we may experience tranquility. Logically then, if our constructed boundaries expand, we should experience bliss. This means that there is acknowledgement of a single source in all. In fact, there is no ‘all’ – just One!

Another dimension of ego, as a nature of force, is remembrance or holding onto things that highlight a clinging tendency. This leads to arguments, fights, justifications, approval, and definition of worthiness and so on. More one remembers things, more anxious one will get. The idea is to keep reducing baggage of the mind and to realize that its nature is universal and not particular. Why should I keep things or hoard anything, if I feel no threat from anybody? If there’s only One, what is the point in remembering and differentiating?

Hence, remembrance, if at all, needs to make one realize consciousness and not isolate oneself. I am not sure if present technology allows this realization. And if one knows this, then one should keep finding ways to NOT allow technology to contract one’s imagination.

Perception of Consciousness

Situations are felt through our imagination. Imagination means a thought pattern. This thought pattern is a combination of our phenomena of mind and body as well as the intellect – the determinative faculty of the mind.

Thoughts are formed by space-time manifestation of different forms. We ourselves, feel distinct from other life forms. The distinction is a function of a particular body/sense mechanism that we have inherited and the manner in which signals captured by the senses are decoded by us. So we are a phenomenon of sorts comprising of consciousness, force and matter – just as everything else is. The dimensions of consciousness, force and matter are found in all scales of manifestations and are interlinked.

By operating in the web of force and matter, we perceive the nature of the situation. Thus, situation is a matter of HOW it is imagined by our mind.

Ideas of safety, comfort, security, peace – all stem from this imagination. Imagination is there, because there is manifestation. And manifestation of different forms (and its validity) rests on our belief of different forms and our connections with them.

Thus thoughts, as waves or vibrations, keep coming and they lead to imagination. Thoughts are vibrations informed by subconscious and super conscious processes also – which we do not ordinarily catch. So imagination, as we are subjected to, include these unknown processes. At an ordinary level, they get perceived or defined as “thoughts”. To decode thoughts, means to start getting aware of all scales/ levels of thoughts (or vibrations) so one understands the role of consciousness. A situation is therefore MORE than what one perceives at a moment – it has subconscious layers, super conscious layers – collectively we call this “vibration”. Vibration is a better word than thoughts because it is neutral and it signifies a tendency of consciousness to appear as force and matter (which is a larger phenomenon as compared to our constructed notion of personal thoughts).

This, then brings to the question of the role of what we can achieve. Feelings and intellect are again what we can catch or tune into. There are other things, as mentioned before, we are not even aware of!

This sense of incompleteness can disturb the intellect. It sets out on a journey to separate the truth from the untruth, it micro analyses things. In this process, it discovers countless variables that define a situation – subtle, unintentional, waves, scales. These variables continue to rise and subside and that further bewilders the intellect. At this juncture, it has to make a choice – that of insisting on absolute control OR accepting the nature of things as they are and thereby suspend the urge to define or control anything.

Absolute control will lead one to stressful lives and anxiety. Accepting the nature of things born out of consciousness, will empower the intellect.

Eventually, the question we come to is this: what is one concentrating on? WE concentrate on something at any particular moment. If that concentration gives rise to anxiety, then you know where you are heading. If the sequence of thoughts gives you peace, then that is what you are concentrating on. The problem with regular perception, is that incidents are taken personally – someone said something, something happened or someone gets mad at you – all these affect you negatively. Why does one take things personally? What has all phenomena in the world got to do with you? Does it really expect anything from you? And should you really expect something from the world? The problem, again, lies with the nature of perception – or our tendency to identify with the mind (and its tendency to keep differentiating from all) and hence demands to control for its own survival – an imagination.

Thus, nurture the appropriate seeds of thoughts – this is the only thing we can do.
