Every form perceives its own existence based on its own
properties and boundaries. The origin or manifestation of form is from Consciousness
(cause of space-time web). Hence, form is a phenomenon of space-force-matter. The
existence of itself is also informed by perception of everything else around
that form. This means that perception of self and other are linked, or what one
calls one’s self contributes and is shaped by the manner in which one perceives
the environment. And lastly, the form undergoes change in itself and it also
changes others.
In a nutshell, the basic nature
to be concerned about is “perception” (or what idea one imagines about one’s
self). Perception is a huge unending field – one can talk about it from physiological
processes and infer that it is governed by structures of the body (form). One
can talk it about from psychological processes and infer that thought means
super conscious, conscious and sub conscious processes (force/ mind). One can
talk about it from spiritual processes and infer that perception is a state of
vibration of consciousness – from zero to infinity.
Since all above realities are
inter related, it means that separateness, as a feeling, is relative. Manifestation
results in perception, which sees all forms, their natures and their influences
as different and interconnected. In human terms, we perceive feelings and
intellect and the clinging to life and our security (because of constructed ‘fear’)
is because of our nature of perception. So long as we perceive our existence as
mind-body, it will differentiate other forms and will live in fear (or try to
gain security at all costs). Impermanence can’t be digested and it is because
of incomplete understanding about the phenomenon of life and death (or the
phenomenon that includes the above two events).
Why do we exist? Why do we work?
And why do we behave or respond in such ways? Why do we feel the urge to
respond always to external stimuli? Why do we see the stimuli of any kind as a
threat or a competitor? ‘Competition’ means that we consider ourselves separate
from the rest and thus expect best treatment for ourselves. This belief also
comes from expecting security and our intense craving to life….The craving to
life is one of the characteristics of consciousness – waiting to manifest and
change. Anything it feels and thinks, it becomes. Whatever we think, we become
and transform the situation for us, because ‘we’ means our thoughts and
thoughts mean the perceived situation. By changing the nature of thoughts
(force/mind) we change our experiences of Space, Time and existence.
The key thing to change here is
to only exist in delight – to just ‘Be’. This is possible, if we practice this
state in our thoughts and actions. The self talk that consists of micro and
macro worlds, that consist of all kinds of processes make us believe our
separate nature and hence the competition. This self talk needs to generate a
transcendental dimension – doing something without any purpose and like a
simple, silent offering (or expression).
To do something in time or to
rush is unwarranted. To justify is unwarranted. To expect a change or plan a
change is unwarranted. To say and talk is unwarranted. TO specify is
unwarranted, unless it is meant to clarify confusion. To act is unwarranted.
The intellect does all these things. It wants control and it keeps analyzing,
dissecting, peeling and discovering variables. More variables, more complexity,
more choices for control, faster are the rates of change. There is more
anxiety, more stress, more noise and more fragmentation. To keep proving and to
always confirm to a correct position is burdensome.
Spirituality, love, compassion
does not seek control or differentiation. It offers. It remains delighted and
it doesn’t belittle or prove anything. Time dissolves and so does identity.
This is consciousness.
The idea of focus is not of
progress (or maybe progress from object to transcendence – which is a personal
journey), or from limited perspective to all expansive or from human form to
universal consciousness. The idea of focus is of dissecting the phenomenon to
reveal consciousness and to accept the same. The idea of focus is of not
letting one’s self to unnecessarily be engaged with vibrations that sap energy.
The idea of focus is to use intellect to control one’s reactions and not get
carried by impromptu vibrations. The idea of focus is to “see” things in
absolute clarity and remain centred.
So, if one realizes, to be guilty
of any action – past or future was unwarranted. Any situation (or vibration) is
a good enough starting point to reveal consciousness. Situation/ illusion/ perception
conceal consciousness in different guises. We take decisions based on this.
Yet, the intent of taking decisions is to reveal consciousness; hence it ought
to come from the spirit of transcendence. All thoughts are coming at the right
time. Things are revealed when they have to. The past could NOT have been
altered in any other way, and the future will be as it should be for us. Thus, the present is the only conscious moment to
exist. The turmoil is true, the effort is true, the awareness is true and so is
fear. The acceptance is required for all this and also the strength to keep
loving, forgiving and taking decisions.
Tomorrow or for the next note, we
dissect ‘Time’ and the empathy required to relate to It.
