Nature and Beyond
There are ways to “remember” things. Our entire being, called as phenomenon, is an expression of memory. The question is – what do you intend to remember?
Nature has its grip on us, because that is what we wish to remember – change, fluidity, insecurity, expectation, control, fear, mortal love, hoarding, contradictions, dilemmas and so on. Why does this happen? It happens because of vibrations in consciousness and its apparent expression as some form of manifestation. The vibrations, in our case, build up to express as “thoughts” that are informed by the phenomenon of existence – which is much, much more than the immediate mind, immediate body and it does encompass all bodily processes, mental processes, past momentum and the current tendency of flow of force. One needs to have patience to understand these processes.
Till we understand this, we are caught in remembering our dimension as only a “body” – that requires to enjoy and survive and is hounded day and night by thoughts about lifelong security.
If we develop the capacity to analyze these forces, we reach the mental level of imagination and the questions concerning the need to survive, the nature of change and vibrations and what that means in terms of manifestations. Herein, we are acutely aware of our inability (and weird expectations) to control things or forces and we begin to give up the idea of phenomenon itself – this marks the beginning of religious attitude.
The next level (and maybe the last) will be a transcendence of all such questions and to become consciousness. The “giving up” is not the same as surrendering or accepting defeat in anyway – since these words are also a part of imagination. It is the understanding the “struggle” of forces to achieve peaceful state of existence. It is NOT about suppressing the forces but to realize a dimension wherein these forces become an outcome and which do not define us in any way. Forces change and that creates time and space and Nature. As long as we choose to remember these forces, we will manifest time and again with some perceived set of conditions (situations) and we will continue to respond based on our belief of mind-body. This universe will go on eternally as motion.
The question is – are you done with this business of motion or do you wish to continue this illusion of motion? You have to ask yourself daily this question of manifestation – who are you and if you are motion (as a dimension of existence), then what expectation should you set here on this journey? All things about form and forces and attitudes and feelings and intellect and pressures and expectations and people and love and hatred and greed and empathy and help and denial – all of it are forces that continue to keep the world alive. There is no real value in this, since all are expressions of a continuous vibrations and which we cling to by some unknown belief in fear.
So any kind of imagination pertaining to perfect life or perfect character or perfect people or situation is only that – an imagination. Nothing is actually taking place “out there” and this lesson we must learn and accept and understand.
In order to help us learn this reality, we must make “God” (as a phenomenon) THE focus of all that we do – from thoughts to love to meditation to action. This means in the most basic way – DO NOT work with an ulterior motive. Any motive based on any concept of manifestation is ulterior. One is only required to not be bound by Nature – do it or realize it through Love or Work or Intellect or Concentration. The dimensions of our entire being should not be based on any limited manifested concept.
