Consciousness can be said to contain or construct any kind of intent leading to any kind of a form! Intent in other words is equivalent to space-time dimension. The moment space-time gets created or perceived, we are saying that intent is expressing itself and trying to make itself visible or perceivable. This intent is also called vibrations that then lead to forces and then to matter  - all but different states of or intensities or characters of vibrations. Hence all that we see is not independent or absolute but our own creation. We have also created our own constructs and hence have created a relationship with this world of forms or situations. Behind all of us, lies the One who is the fundamental creator of everything and under Whose idea the whole world "works".  Thus God works unconditionally and keeps creating the world. Why is not a question to be asked as it is beyond the scope of intellect. Existence does not require any perception or justification to validate. The mistake that people assume is that they exist so they perceive. I would say  that they have chosen to exist and therefore perceive in a particular way or the particular way of perception has led them to exist in a particular form of human being.  What has come first - perception or the form of human being? I would say perception always existed. Consciousness also perceives. Since Consciousness only exists, perception is there always. Except depending on how perception occurs, manifestation gets created.

In its purest for, Consciousness = absolute Existence = unconditional Existence = Absolute Bliss = Absolute perception (Existing without any space or time or causations and hence infinite).

In our worldly affairs, it is mysterious to doubt why people represent and continue to hang on and express certain tendencies. There is no why here. And there is no why for any situation or an event or for any phenomenon. The more one thinks of finding reason, one discovers more variables in the equation and the search appears unending. This means that the solution to address incompleteness is not tangibly possible and the solution to fear is also not so obvious. In any position of my current existence (whatever form I have taken), i will continue to perceive in human ways which means impermanence.  This need not be of any worry or should not cause any fear.  There are instances where people seem to act in acceptable ways but their internal world is of turmoil and vice versa. All this means that the only action that is appropriate is the one that generates certain or appropriate nature of existence (as a  feeling). External actions is only a construct and a process to internalize and realize the truth. The entire process is of revelation of the Absolute Truth.
