Shree: Focus

010622: Shree: Focus

Today’s times are of mindscape fragmentation – not knowing things, not making any sense, not feeling anchored and not knowing what one is dealing with – the entire perception itself seems to have taken a hit. To communicate nowadays is to embrace the confusion and chaos of mindscape, pick up the pieces, generate a sequence, generate focus and then initiate the process of exploration. This is evident in environment, relationships, academic and professional dimensions. Priorities are rarely known, where to go and what to achieve is poorly defined and time to deal with this confusion is not given – one is headed for stress.

In this scenario then, acceptance of time, pace, sequences, clarity, focus is very important. The tendency of today’s psychological environment is of scattered reality and hence no object or an idea or a value or imagination ever stays for long or in focus - it “dissolves” into thin air. Hence we are required to be in perpetual mode of constructing something worthwhile and intimate from a perpetually deconstructed environment - something like making a building stand on loose foundations/ quick sand.

Reasons for encountering this phenomenon are plenty – perceivable are digitization tools, social media, uncertainty of governance, uncertainty of aspirations at all levels and too fast change to even consider what one is dealing with. Added to that is the psychological toll of Covid on mindscape – loss of recalling anything worthwhile and fatigue.

The aim of exercises academically needs to bring back or redefine “focus” of living/ aspirations/ values and acknowledge the connections with the social and geographical environment, to imbibe empathy, to give time, to become more considerate etc. The reflection of loss of focus at personal, academic and professional levels indicates a loss of trust in the environment. Shouldn’t’ this be addressed?

Indeed this is an ambitious demand of bringing back the focus, but it is a sure worthwhile pursuit.

Shree: Remember

010622: Shree: Remember

Remember that God is behind each and every cause – including our own vibrations and manifestations into mind and body. manifestation means change, temporariness, dependence, perception, incompleteness, movement, exploration and ego as well. Each phenomenon tries to retain its apparent form (set of vibrations + force + form) and believes its form to be ‘true’. Herein lies the struggle of attachment and expansion, and this continues till realization of the Absolute One is felt.

Hence manifestations of all kinds, vibrations, forces, forms visibility, perception will continue – since it is the property of the Absolute to “appear” in any way we perceive it as motion. There is only existence and there is only potential of being. There is. What is “not” need not be worried about. I exist from consciousness and perceive because of vibrations. The observation is about vibrations and not the manifestation of external situations (as a focus). The situation will continue eternally in this manner and hence “solving” a point or finding a “point” of resolution is not the approach required here (to prove anything or to justify anything). None of the things are required to be solved as all is God Himself and all is by His Will. Surrender to Him – especially the ego. The pull of manifestation is an illusion and distraction to us – it does not mean anything at all. Give everything to God – He is the primary absolute cause of everything and that is to be realized every instant of our existence. Do what you feel is right and leave the rest to God. The doer is Him and we are incidental. Realize Him.

Shree: Divinely inspired

310522: Shree: Divinely inspired

All forces, forms, vibrations, movement are by the will of God – by His presence. We too are from Him and there is nothing beyond this absolute existence. Vibration or intent gets formed in this medium and creation occurs that becomes “visible” to the person who perceives this phenomenon and who also exists in this motion. Thus visibility is a state of vibration or state of existence. This is perceived currently by us (as many forms). The nature of this visibility is of change, temporariness, attachment and so on. This is a form of expression of consciousness. Whatever we see is divine inspiration. Inspiration can be equated to creation. In our language, inspiration ought to be equated to unconditional love. All things that one can see or can sense and can think of – is divine inspired and that includes us too.

On these lines, it is natural that all things happen for good. Evaluation, judgment etc is not required for any situation. Can we see all these manifestations with neutrality or with infinite love?

Love is not related to anything. It only exists unconditionally and without any start point or end point. In fact all things exist eternally – it is upto us what kind of vibrations we choose to manifest eternally. Existence is. And in this state, anything can come and go and remain eternally. Thus, our perception is limited by ego (by vibrations) and we create certain repeated vibrations that keep us engaged with the world perpetually. Why the hell do we do this?!

Anyway, the point is that there is no absolute start point which can determine the fate or permanence of our perception. By doing something, going to some place, reading something, writing something, talking in particular ways, and seeking something does not ensure catching a start point and it is wrong to even base our inferences on that imagined start point that solves the entire riddle! Unless this happens, I am not good or whatever….this is a self talk and this forces us to engage and always be in a critical mode. This maybe a stage in our development of the soul and we need to go beyond and realize that this running around is fooling ourselves. No situation is complete, no imagination takes care of everything, no future or past was ever perfectly true. True means to be absolute – which in our normal cases is not the case. So everything from that perspective is not the truth and only a make believe world of change and temporariness. This also means potential to change and become. And this places a crucial decision in our hands – of becoming. All is divinely inspired. All is inspired – beyond logic and feelings and hence is to be felt.

Our existence is not required to be conditional – not related to vibrations of any kind. This is realization of the One.

Shree: Going Back

300522: Shree: Going Back

Imagination is unique to each manifestation. A form imagines itself and hence is made visible or becomes visible to itself and others. Therefore imagination brings about dvaita – twosome or separation and there is a binary of self and the other. I imagine or vibrate, so I become motion and I perceive all other vibrations (forces and forms) and therefore there is a world for me. Advaita is opposite of this state – meaning no need to vibrate and hence being only the One (and not a binary or any separation from anything else). This means that the moment there is some vibration or intent, there is bound to be a perception leading to self and the other and there is bound to be a feeling of impermanence and a host of other feelings related with attachment or ego. What we are living currently is imagining things and generating forms – we ourselves are imagined forces and forms (not absolute) so we change amidst the eternally present One. All world is an imagination (or Maya) and hence there is a distinction of two states of existence – God and motion; else there isn’t a place for motion or an illusion. This illusion has a very strong outward pull on us – very strong imagination of life and death and we keep running to achieve some sort of perfect situation.

The effort is to train the mind to become still despite the outward pull and go back to the Source where there is only One and not many. Going back means to keep transforming to forces and vibrations and finally to consciousness.

Shree

300522: Shree

Things happen. I write for God, do things for God, don’t know the picture because God wants me to learn something, may understand the truth when God has made me ready, may go to a place where God wants me to be located, may encounter a situation when God thinks I am ready to face it, may be able to meet God when God thinks I am ready. This is of course too simplistic a statement and in reality there are as many varieties of journeys as are individuals and each journey has its own set of challenges and fear quotients. All is a construct - challenge or fear and these needs are to be outgrown. In that way, all situations are learning for us, for our own mind. One may realize that any journey has variables in the equation and which one needs to face. The variables are not meant for any justification to others but one’s understanding of what generates imagination. So imagination is not required to be justified (aspect of ego) but only to be outgrown. What one feels at a particular moment and why and how and where and when – are his/her constructs and perfectly valid. However, they are not absolute.

The point is that all things in the world of manifestation happen by the presence of God – we say that as consciousness or non motion or the One or a medium beyond everything regarding space-time-causation. Motion is apparent and so are constructs, imaginations, assumptions and the big fat ego. Mind is like a magnet pulling all possible vibrations leading to perception of forces and forms. What one sees as form is only a state of existence because of attracting particular frequency of vibrations. Hence the mind keeps generating intent – from vibration to thoughts to actions to something material. And material is also vibrating and changing – so in a way what one is actually dealing with is a nebulous medium of creation. Something coming or becoming visible from beyond. The One getting manifested as a particular form and again getting dissolved into the One. The One seen as many forms but essentially all are the One. Motion may be regarded as apparent vibration that makes things visible and then invisible again and in this process some kind of movement or a pull or a particular effect is perceived. It is a play and the moment there is engagement with it, the play gets converted into a life-death experience for “us”.

Everything is divine - meaning everything represents above property. And hence, one can travel from motion to non motion and encounter all states in between. Attributing everything to God and God alone is the starting step to renouncing individuality or egoistic intent and becoming unconditional, compassionate and universal. Wherever one goes or becomes in whatever climate and culture and in whichever society and in whichever situation and relationship, one is incomplete. Linearity and pace and justifications and logic are just tiny fragments of reality – they do not convey satisfaction at all. For satisfaction – the internal world of consciousness is to be realized.

Patience is important. Introspection is necessary. To dwell deeper into the mind is important. To think good is important. To think of God is necessary – it is not a choice. To become God as reality is necessary. It is a matter of realization.

Shree: Three things

290522: Shree: Three things

Visible or non visible are interesting aspects of existence. What is existence? This is a very interesting inquiry and the answer to this will always remain ambiguous and will take you to the path of spirituality and finally becoming the One. It is inevitable. Let us say that you were fed with all the “right” answers from external situations so you could become God instantaneously. Teaching or giving right answers does not prepare you for anything – you are prepared only when you are ready, else you aren’t. We perceive situations, hence it can be read as we are not prepared for God and we are still in the journey of understanding what God is and how to become the One. Thus, struggle is inevitable for realization. Not getting satisfactory answers means the question is perhaps located elsewhere and is far deeper than what the situation provides us. This search is important. Also getting answer to a situation also leads to further deeper set of questions, not ending our journey anyway and hence as we go deeper we arrive at a place where questions “need not” arise or in other words, consciousness is felt. There are henceforth no vibrations and we have become the One. In this journey then, all incidences, all relationships, all scenarios are learning. Learning of what? Learning that one is not the motion or any of its dimensions – but an eternal absolute One.

There is a problem with seeking justification of a situation (how authentic is it). Justification is sought by us when those tendencies of doubt, aggression, validation, evaluation, judgment, and ego exist in us. A person may say anything he/she prefers to say – to be engrossed in the question of whether he/she has said the truth or not; or whether he/she meant it or not; or what was the meaning behind his/her words etc. is to lay doubt on our own divinity and to constantly also see ourselves in the judgment box. What do we achieve by subjecting ourselves in this internal conflict? Even if the person gives justification to your questions – you have spoilt the magic of the moment. Do we get peace? Not at all and it is not at all a peaceful experience. So why not drop the tendency of judging everything and base our evaluation and expectation on those criteria? Trust things. So they won’t hurt you. Trust that things are meant to be good. Drop the self talk of “why me” and so on. Credit everything to God.

Change is relative to the absolute constant. People think that you have changed over the years but you feel that you have been just the same deep down! This is a very important statement and this is the crux of reality – situations “appear” changing but the trigger for the apparent change is always constant and eternal. Consider yourself as an example and one will then able to relate to this observation. Thus, what we are then dealing with is the nature of perception which is a continuous relation and transformation from the eternal constant existence to a relative existence of motion or change and every moment of existence is a combination of two or both dimensions are present at the same time – depending on what you want to focus on! It also means that the path to eternal constant existence is through motion or change. This also is discovered by our own example of existence. To go to God, we have to consider body, then mind, then vibration and finally consciousness – each representing different nature of change and each one linked with the other and each one also representing reality in independent ways! We therefore have access to all these dimensions of existence. Which one do you want to become?

Hari Om.

Shree: Path

290522: Shree: Path

Existence is pure potential to become. Absolute potential is present in becoming the One and this absolute potential manifests into motion of force and form and dependence and change and relativeness and causation. We have come from absolute potential and hence have taken a particular force and form (mind and body) and by taking this manifestation, we perceive the world and have been engaged in this cycle of imagination and action. All is imagination – our nature of existence endorsing this and this imagination can be said as “vibration” deeply embedded at the centre of our mind that generates and makes us perceive “forms”. So forms (small or big) are constructs – just as thoughts and vibrations. And hence the existence of forms and their truth depends on existence of vibrations (meaning everything is malleable and dissolvable).

There is a reason why imagining through separation or ego is a problem. It makes sense to acknowledge the relative position of our existence as motion and credit everything to the One. I am not the vibration or force or body or anything of manifestation and what is said by anybody in what words or what actions has got nothing to do with the absolute truth (from where I am related to).  The truth of outside world is “fed” by my validation of it, else it is immaterial.

This brings us to the capacity to create reality that suits us and can lead to bliss. Linearity of vision, process, action that implies speed and production and security and money and disconnect and aggression and anxiety is a huge problem in today’s world. The problem is NOT external, but internal. And linearity only understands one language – that of challenging it, or disorienting it or competing with it or drowning it with a louder noise. Where is the place for being, tranquility, silence, empathy, compassion, feelings in all of this?

The answer to this is to pursue a path that you believe in irrespective of the linearity followed by the world. In pursuing this path, do not worry about security or money or output or form of expression or anything – the path gives you peace, so you should follow it.

Shree

280522: Shree

Existence is. There need not be any condition as to what it is or what it should be. With existence, there is creation (or vibration) and with vibration, there is an apparent manifestation of forces and forms – something perceivable to “us” as motion. The motion can also be dissolved. By knowing and observing and not getting pulled by motion, the grip of the same can be dissolved (which means that the mind can be transformed to become absolute One). It is all about mind and what it imagines or how it chooses to vibrate. Existence cannot be killed or annihilated – it is divine or pure potential that manifests into visible dimension of space-time-causation.

Hence situation is apparent and a message from God. It need not be personal and one need not find any answers to why, how, when of a situation, since it will end up in circles. We asking these questions indicate a compulsion to control them – which in turn suggests our preference to believe mind and body as a reality. What comes will go one day and what is invisible manifests one day and again dissolves – this is all motion or vibration.

Can we make our mind absolutely still and not getting frayed by these apparent changes of vibrations? Vibrations is not the absolute truth or the One and to become One, vibrations of the mind need to dissolve and fundamentally the existence of God is to be trusted and acknowledged and remembered.

The approach to action is important regardless of the scale of action, because the right intent that is perceived brings about transformation of the self. There is only right intent and transformation.

If empathy, compassion, love, time, slow is important (for me), then I should practice it – regardless of the effort and situations that may get created. Our survival or intents DO NOT depend on situations or circumstances – just as remembering God should not depend on anything. Intent is value beyond force and form and hence the right intent should be pursued. Situations, relationships, money, security as constructs change and do not mean anything for our worth and need not dictate what we should be or can be or strive to be.

Shree: Chain of thoughts

240522: Shree: Chain of thoughts

One thought can lead us to anywhere, to any scale, to any realization, to any action – since it represents a series and not a moment. This presents a question – what series are you creating within yourself and what feelings does that series generate?

Perfection or the compulsion to control and plan things accurately nowadays has started to appear annoying or ridiculous to me – since it is a never ending business of feeling incomplete and fearful. Point is perhaps we fail to recognize that we are spirits who have come from beyond and have dawned a form of existence that keeps changing – since this state of motion is bound to have this nature. Having taken this nature, why then harp for perfection or to bring things “under control”? If change is obvious and natural part of motion, then the perception that we generate is based on this nature!

The important part is to accept change and transcend it – meaning that we are not defined by change or any aspect of motion. This again has many interpretations at different scales of thoughts.

We have of course the right to act (now that we are existing in motion) but can we only focus on action and NOT the fruits that the action produces? Can we become unconditional in our purpose and feelings irrespective of situation or relationships or causal events? Meaning that our responses need not be governed by situations and they need not be conditional (or forever changing).

Hence without knowing, subtly we keep records immediately after a change has happened, records for documenting, for defense, for evaluation, for criticizing (others), for ego satisfaction and so on. The vibrations are very deep rooted and that is where we need to reach or become as a state of existence. Then we will realize that we can even go beyond vibrations and become God.

The visible in front of us is entertained only because we give it a personal value of ego or attachment – else perception need not take place. That being said, the issue is to transcend the visible and hence to make our perception steady and focused and to take in the nature of God.

We have that capacity since that is what constitutes a human being.

Shree: Change

230522: Shree: Change

Change can be understood in many ways. Since all things are imagined and result from the property of the medium of consciousness, they keep changing. For practical reasons, it is possible for us to "change" past or the "future" so that the "present moment's" perception becomes blissful. From this perspective, it is possible to change perception (or the feeling of existence) in whichever way possible - to understand and transcend guilt, anger, jealousy, worry, dilemma and so on. A moment can also be therefore understood as fresh, or instantaneous or a pattern or a cycle. This perception of "moment" or of eternal "pattern" changes our way of looking at things. Despite this change, if the question is of "control", then that means one is trying to control manifestation - which is ridiculous and points to a deep set fear or ego within us. There are reasons to why ego gets generated, what generates it, what it does and so on, but understanding this phenomenon does not necessarily give any guarantee of bliss UNLESS one transcends the phenomenon itself.

Existence fundamentally means vibrations or being visible and hence forever changing because of million triggers. We do not do anything - change "happens" and there does not exist any particular point that is to be rectified to feel blissful. This means to transcend any particular point as well - transcending motion and to realize and feel that consciousness is behind everything, every manifestation, every situation, every thought, every action, every event, every relationship, every tendency. This also means "change" in our perception. Perception means the nature of existence that we have "become" - either as mind and body or as God.

So change is the ability to systematize perception in order to transcend motion. Although said as a sequential sentence, the living experience can generate any journey to realize transcendence. Key things are: focus; acceptance; gratitude; forgiveness; empathy; connect.

Hari Om

Shree: Infinite

220522: Shree: Infinite

All is a dream or a projection or a construct. This is to be understood and accepted with love and gratitude. There need not be any complaints or expectations or apprehensions or planning for control or anything of that sort. What happens will happen – how fast or soon a thing happens (and is perceived) and in what manner need not be predicted. It is a freedom to exist in this way – without the concern for anything. All things manifest in the mind – being the reservoir of existence or consciousness. Hence whatever one perceives outside as a force and form (vibration) – the triggers lie deep within the mind (as a phenomenon). I doubt a lot and tend to justify – this is what vibrations are within me. The question is what sets these vibrations and why do I cling to these? And would I be “perfect” if the question is resolved? There is only a contemplative question – answer is in discovering the One. The answer is in becoming God.

The feel of existence is to “feel” that we are currently operating in a visible dimension of existence - of change, anticipation, control, fear, separation and hope of transcendence. That “things” are impermanent or of temporary value and they are formed or created by vibrations and because we exist, these things exist for us. Our existence of motion and the existence of the changing world are one and the same. I can go to forces or become vibrations or become consciousness and each transformation is going to alter what I perceive as the world. World is a dream and it has no independent existence (separate from me).

To become God is to become “invisible” for our current perception methods based on mind and body. If we become God, then the current world will obviously vanish because the current world is a construct created in the medium of consciousness itself and not out of it! How can someone fight one’s own shadow? Thus the path is to become invisible and infinite and hence empty of all perceptions of motion. The moment there are vibrations, there is a bounded manifestation of space and time and this takes a particular force and form dependent on everything else. Hence “no” vibrations means to go “beyond” manifestation. Zero motion is infinite or absolute existence.

Shree: Manifest

210522: Shree: Manifest

A clean slate is better than being in a circle of actions or patterns or sequences. The problem is to judge a reality by a moment or a sequence or a pattern – judgment is not required. I can only understand that a moment is known by so many dimensions and hence – it is a construct that has manifested from Beyond. I have manifested too and I catch signals of manifestation – space and time and causation – comprehensively it creates a situation to be engaged with. And so I write or talk or say or act or paint or dance or think and many other things for engagement.

What generates feelings or perception? They already exist (as a Potential) and when the right conditions come, they manifest as forces and forms that are perceived and the cycle continues. We unnecessarily allow ourselves to get dragged in this cycle and it is nothing but an illusion or a relative reality or a construct and nothing more. Our inner vibrations cause the external reality for us and not the other way round – although one can say that both things exist simultaneously since there no such clear distinction between inside and outside. Again if the question is about egg and chicken, then it is better to transcend this question or not let the question define our action. Hence what is only present is Pure Potential.

So the point is about creation of reality by the ability of the mind to do it. And what kind of reality? Mind already exists – either as a human being or as consciousness. However, a human being’s nature of mind changes as it generates vibrations and situations and life-death experiences whereas the consciousness does not change; does not take any form; does not vibrate; does not think; is not manifested and is the absolute. It is subtle, invisible to “us” (or manifestation) and eternal and unconditional and blissful. It is because of this property that it manifests (and perceived as) into space-time phenomenon. Consciousness is “perceived” and the phenomenon of perception implies a huge transformation from absolute existence of the One to relative existence of many.

Manifest – this is a good word since it means that things are vibrations and remain fluid and change and interdependent on one another and are in cycles and are constructs and come from beyond. WE have manifested from consciousness so we attract and create situations. One can keep asking questions or read or write or do whatever – it is ALL of God’s Will. One may think that things ought to manifest in a particular manner but who are we to predict anything and basically what is our absolute potential (when in manifestation)?

It is better to accept that we are completely clueless about the Unknown and think far too superior about ourselves when in motion. We know nothing of God and we are nobody. All is His Will and we can only remember His presence in our thoughts, deeds, actions, expressions. All is Him. And He is Absolute Existence and the fundamental trigger of manifestation.

When in motion or relative existence, which we currently are, saying God’s name is a phenomenon that assists in transcendence. This is not an escape from problems of motion but of observing and knowing the nature of motion and absolute existence. This is the awakening of the Soul.

Shree: coming from beyond

190522: Shree: coming from beyond

I trust that we can concentrate on anything and make it a reality. Mind is connected to consciousness (pure potential at one end) and manifestation at the other – so it can swing between these two realities. Mind is divine and all things are states of divinity. Why to complain? This means that existence (or any form of reality) already is there and the mind has latched onto one of the realities and hence the perception is formed in that manner. I have come from beyond and my essential nature is of consciousness. There is no “if” here – I AM consciousness and temporarily seem to catch the signals of manifestation. Catching these signals means choosing to generate thoughts and decisions and causal effects and space-time motion – this effect will continue as long as it is considered real by us. There is only the One – but seen as “many” and therefore, there actually is “no other” entity apart from the One.

What is happening currently is a mirage or a dream that we are living – formed or “created” by vibrations and forces and forms. If form is “real”; so are the steps precedent to the perception of form – which is forces and vibrations and consciousness. Thus the journey is to go into the recesses of states of existences (mind) and come to consciousness. With each recess, the perception will alter and one may still be urged to respond to any of these states of existences. Responding to this illusion should be curtailed, for that is NOT the absolute truth. If response is initiated, then it becomes a banyan tree that finally again brings us back to visible manifestation (body).

I am here, means I have “come from beyond”. Let us grow this feeling of beyond and be at peace.

Shree: Space and Time and Beyond

150522: Shree: Space and Time and Beyond

Doubt makes you consider options and not rely on anything and it possibly helps one to transcend beyond manifestation. We carry a lot of baggage of past lives; of perception; of motion; of mind and body; of vibration. This seems to compel us to react to imagined situations or rather because there is a baggage, there is a situation to react to! One can even drop the term “imagined” since imagined or real is a matter of perspective (a matter of state of existence). The mind thinks that existence of self is separate and hence the need to survive or resist the change (to hold on to static perfection) is constructed within the phenomenon (a situation to react). Phenomenon of existence is only One – but seen as “many” or separated by us. We perceive things as name and form – all vibrations of course (one indicating dimension of force and the other as physical matter) but a continuous connect or interrelated to everything else and hence it is just One medium perceived as many and fragmented and compartmentalized and having causal relationship and bounded by space and time and hence indicating “change” of all kinds.  In other words, it is “Potential” that manifests in above form. If we remain separated, we will not become the Potential. In order to become Potential, one is required to go beyond the compulsions of causal relationships of space and time. Well, space and time are visible entities and they also indicate a force of dependence or transformation. Hence all things as we perceive have force and form as two chief components.

Pay homage to the force and form – since they come from beyond – they are in fact consciousness. The manifestation as we perceive would not have existed separately from consciousness. There is NO independent existence for manifestation – what is absolute is only the One which has a property to make us perceive motion. So relax and observe and accept and become full of gratitude.

Hari Om.

Shree

In continuation of above thought, therefore analysis of individual or separate point has no end – it will reveal pattern or transformation and many other associated things of manifestation. All is imagined and hence whatever is analyzed will again reveal aspects of imagination or causal relationships. Does that give us peace? Of course it won’t. Does that mean things should not be analyzed? Not necessarily this is the answer. The fact that the intellect asks us to take a position - this itself maintains manifestation! And our inferences then depend on this manifestation and that creates a problem of incompleteness and engagement. The force should dissolve and not generate any vibration subsequently. This means that we have some fundamental things to consider and hold on to:

1.       Focus only on the process and leave it and accept whatever comes.

2.       Always think, talk and act good without a purpose of mind and body.

3.       Trust, love, forgive and forget.

4.       Realize that we are souls.

5.       Nothing is required to compel us to do anything apart from the effort of above four points.

Shree: Anxiety

140522: Shree: Anxiety

There are many things to be shared today.

Central issue is about anxiety. Anxiety accelerates short term thinking and if there are only 4 steps to attain a particular output, anxiety increases the same steps to 50 with irrational thoughts, stress and so on. Anxiety is increased by knowing uncontrollable parameters (that intellect expects to control because of attachment). The output desired was the same – but the anxiety complicated the matter. The conclusion is that if the mind remains calm, then there are hardly any steps to be taken – things happen with ease and we accept the situation in whatever manner it happens. Complaints, issues, problems, time crunch, expectations, sequences, priorities and all are therefore our imaginations – if gone out of control then they lead to anxiety. Then we feel compelled to defend, evaluate, judge, argue, talk, streamline, sort out, justify and so on. We feel compelled to talk a lot and sometimes without any sense and any logic. And eventually lose our calmness and experience annoyance.

What should cause anxiety? This is a difficult question. Several factors are there. First is the apparent increase in variables (imagined) and their linkages and changing scenarios that generate multiple probabilities. Are these variables real or imagined? This question should be taken deeper to realize that everything is imagined and hence brought to “reality” or existence. Anxiety is thus made a reality whereas any other positive experience could have also taken its place. So mind is the generator of reality and it can choose what and how to think and feel about existence. Existence is always there – from consciousness to motion and with motion we are meaning attachment, perception, mind, body, visibility, change, fear and so on. The point is to transcend all – even manifestation and to transcend means to change the quality of perception to realize The One. The One is always there and so is our perception of motion. We choose what is to be perceived.

Space and time appear to us and that means all forces and forms appear to us which again means that our vibrations lead to such perception of manifestation. Why should this happen so? Don’t know the answer to this question and neither any answer is required. To become unconditional is in fact to realize the God within oneself beyond everything and hence becoming eternal. Ego is the biggest hindrance to this realization and that will keep us engaged, occupied, anxious, defensive, talkative, and pressurized and so on. Then we will run faster and faster and faster with ever increasing choices and changes and this will further worsen the problem of anxiety.

The point is anxiety and any other emotion “depends” on manifestation, whereas blissfulness does not. Thus relax.

Secondly all things happen for good, they are by God’s will, they happen only when they should happen and they have the appropriate impact only when the time is correct – this is not a logical statement but one coming from realization. We may think whatever we have to and do whatever we should. Many people by separation think in very different ways – many of them may not be even aware and prepared for output or realization but existence always is eternal and God is always there. Things happen in mysterious ways and the more one becomes relaxed and starts to know this inspiration, life should probably become organic and blissful.

I falter many times and have a cone of vision, just like all else. But the thing is to acknowledge this as a limitation and step back and just observe things as they happen. Then the cone of vision dissolves and the One is seen behind all actions or thoughts or vibrations or forms or manifestation. There is always the One.

I am not the doer of anything and neither the creator or the output. I am not the start or the end of anything. I am not the mind or the body or the perception – all is merely a construct and changing and have very temporary value. I should become God and I should be Him. There is no start point as absolute - only God Is. WE judge all our existence by a “start point” called life-death situation (vibration-mind-body) and this itself is a construct and need transcendence. Transcendence means to dissolve attachment to this start point and know that it is notional. All situations, people, relationships are notional – they are not absolute/ real and their changes do not mean anything about ‘us’.

I may think that certain things should happen in certain ways and at certain period of time in a particular manner and so on – it will happen in other ways nevertheless and that is the whole point of acceptance. Whatever the effort I take and whatever I go through as mind-body; things still happen and it was never about me in the first place. It was never about anything except pure bliss. Who am “I” anyway?

Secondly, there is no start point to resolve any aspect of situation. Situation by definition is comprehensive and interrelated by many variables and to sort out a few and focus on some does not do complete justice but just displaces issues of motion somewhere else. This means that to resolve things can become a lifelong engagement and there comes a point where we start to question how much should be done and why and are we incomplete or a failure or what the hell is the matter with us? I think this is a fundamental and necessary step towards liberation – that freedom does not mean finding solutions but to suspend and dissolve our craze of attachment and to become God.

Since each of us is very unique in terms of our constructs, our ways to become God or realize Godliness will become unique to our journey – something we will need to face uniquely and for which we may not have the foggiest of ideas and neither any assurance or guarantee of anything and these questions of guarantees also need to be outgrown eventually. Guarantee of what? We are always there as God. Become unconditional. Become free. Freedom is in Being.

Guarantee of good actions is also not expected - nothing of our identity is expected – as victims or expectations or situations or anything. Closer home there are so many things that require to be responded – but would it matter one bit in terms of God or self worth or peace or calmness or bliss? It will NOT and this is the learning to have. Nothing matters. Not even space and not even time, for we are beyond these manifestations and compulsions. We are not what the world makes us do or make us perceive. This also means that there is a probability of freedom but that again should NOT be a barometer for expectations.

Bliss is bliss and remains unconditional, absolute, independent and motionless. It is very real. And what feeling I may have about this instant is my own doing or creation – I can become anything I practice.

Shree: motto

130522: Shree: motto

the entire motto of existence for us is to realize God. in this process, there are conflicts, contradictions, values, tendencies, vibrations, wavering attitudes, focus, stillness, space, time, perception and so on. How many variables can ever satisfy a motion? They won't - those we know and those we are yet to know. Knowing anything about ambiguity does not reduce ambiguity, except dislocate the ambiguity somewhere else. Knowing something about manifestation only displaces fear at some other scales or dimensions of existence.

To be anxious about results does not offer peace and what is to happen, does happen (as per our perception at that point of time). Perception being incomplete always, whatever situations get perceived yield the same result of fear.

thus we are in a loop or a cycle of engagement with no rest. As we are reminded of this, it is still important to focus only on  the process and become unconditional. Cycle is tiring no doubt. But being alive is most important in life - and that means to surpass everything that seems to restrict our expansion. what is to fear? why? what is to cling or remain attached? why be conditional? what is death and why fear the change? i have no complete answers to these questions and even if i did, to become transcendental requires effort. the effort is about self realization of soul. This is the only valid position to be taken since this position does not depend on changing manifestations. To become still is to focus and to focus means to transcend ego and to become God.

All things are about how existence gets felt and expressed and all else is only a process to refine this perception. Thus, money or security or relationships or words or work or degree or situation or people or society or beliefs or any other construct that changes is to be responded to make the mind still and face our own internal world of turmoil. we are not answerable to our constructs and we are beyond all this nonsense. If i get annoyed, then that is my problem and not the motion's. And in the same way, if i am able to remain blissful, then that is not my problem  - forget about the motion.

we unnecessarily talk a lot without any meaning or any intent and most of it is because of de-stressing whatever we feel or whatever we wish to hold  on to. Stay calm and observe the motion until it loses the grip on us.

Motion losing its grip means that we are no longer bothered about any change since our core is eternally stable and blissful and unconditional.

why worry about time? why worry about manifestation? why worry about space? why worry about change? why think so much? God is always there.

Shree

130522: Shree

how much to worry? we worry about survival, about all things that manifestation seems to change. worry comes from vibrations and unless this is silenced, worry will not stop. the language is either of perception or of focus or of mind and body or of love or of mind and existence or of God or of transcendence - all are interrelated all represent The One. things change - so what? that does not mean anything about survival at all or self worth or of defense and so on. it is not about space and time and these terms or phenomenon can either be seen as expression of consciousness and hence transcending them or of compulsion to respond and hence separation and fear.

the nest question is "what" should be done to realize peace? there is answer to it of course but it is not logical enough since all existence as a phenomenon does not have any concrete adjective or a product to evaluate or catch - all is a construct and hence there is Pure Potential to become anything. Existence only is - raw and pure and beyond everything. the construct and perception of space and time is by  the presence of The One. So all is intrinsically divine and non judgmental and full of potential and love and acceptance. All is this - means that the same vibrations must become our core of existence. Herein lies the effort to become these vibrations that mean purest of love.

My peace and love DOES NOT depend on anything of manifestation. My decisions of expansion are irrespective of other forces. Logic of evaluation and judgment DOES NOT define self worth or love or compassion or potential or peace or freedom or liberation or inspiration.

I am from Beyond. I am and the rest is created.

Shree

120522: Shree

The beginning, middle and conclusion is always going to be "God" that gets manifested in many ways in space and time and which changes and is perceived again in multiple ways by people or by us. By extracting everything and dissolving everything, what is realized is God or absolute consciousness.

At a human level of perception of "many", at any point of time, I can choose to redirect and remember the above realization in the middle of any work or even at any moment. Thus spiritually, we are eternal, divine and always present and beyond all manifestations and the pulls we feel. Space and time are only incidental and our constructs and need not be so absolute.

How one thing presents and how it changes and what happens later on need not be evaluated. We are not having a piggy bank of good and bad actions since all actions are constructed and they change and are relative. We are not keeping a check on others or the self since it will lead to a burden and expectations. "we" are not absolute ideas but malleable and changeable. My response to situations need not depend on manifestation  - good or bad signals perceived from the environment.  In any case, these can be responded by starting with the "self" and by transforming everything to God or to go beyond.

Comparisons of situations ends up in circles. comparison of bigness or fast or slow or any characteristics of manifestation is only a construct. By doing anything or going to some place or being at some point of time is immaterial to internal peace and unconditional approach. Manifestation is a distraction or it may be seen as a moral exercise to reach beyond.

Since there is consciousness, there is intent, there is vibration and there is mind and body. I can choose to remember and create anything I wish to - this is my inherent capacity and trust is also inherent in this capacity. This ought to be acknowledged.

I may be in tremendous doubt and any vibrations I generate construct "me"; but all is God and i am his son, so His will is everything. I trust Him.

Shree: Becoming "The One"

100522: Shree: Becoming "The One"

For how long would one stay occupied in a subject or an issue is anybody's guess and cannot be predicted. One has to "wake up" to important values and they need to seep from thought to feelings to actions (entire span of vibrations) - then we can say that we have "become" values.

We have already become some values - those of manifestations or perceptions or motions or of mind and body. The values, we and the perception or the expression are one and the same. Thus the task for us is to become unconditional and expand beyond everything. This means to start somewhere - through thought or feeling or action or expression or words or anything more than this. We face a dilemma - a gap - between manifestation compulsions and those of universal values. This is to be accepted and our efforts need to be persistent and with patience and love. Contradiction is not a problem - but an opportunity to understand how does it arise and why and how to transcend. The motive of transcendence is not of surpassing or short circuiting the problem, but to dismantle and dissolve the problem itself - an act of realization of the soul. Again the phenomenon is "not a problem" to be frightened of or to fight - but to become calm and dissolve the motion or transcend the motion.

When viewed from the perspective of purpose - it again lays certain conditions and expectations. This intent of approach is also to be transcended and one is required to remember God only for the sake of God and nothing else. Remembering also comes with a purpose and finally this also needs to be dissolved. One only becomes and remains without any conditions and beyond space and time. One becomes "The One".

Shree: Justification

090522: Shree: Justification

Justification occurs in the mind even before any words are spoken. Justification means “defending” one’s existence (or one’s imagination) and that we do it through several means that span from subtle to gross measures. Introspection is also a kind of justification; comparison; inference; decision – all are justifications in one perspective. Mind is born from vibrations and hence there is a forgotten memory of consciousness – from where things have been triggered.

Actually all things that are “visible” and perceivable are imagined or constructed by our mind. Mind itself is generated from consciousness and hence all that we see and what we are – are different states of existence. There is nothing really out there. All conditions and compulsions and hyperactivity that we engage with are our own doing.

Transcend the “why” of situations; transcend situations themselves. Transcend questions of survival and connections and variables and causes and effects. Transcend space and time and manifestation and change and our relationship to all such perceptions. One is what we “see” out there – space and time and the other is the “feel” of it in our internal world. The sight and the feel cannot be separated. Philosophy tells us to control vibrations and the feeling – this will help us transcend change or space-time variables. Then we will “see” what we ought to realize.

When I read a philosophical text, it is a sort of explanation and an initiation of a required self talk to control our mind through proper use of intellect (or imagination). All this means is that for most of us, realization is a process of practicing and is not a default experience. Hence doubt arises every moment. This doubt is by intellect and this in turn comes from vibrations and our perception of mind and body. All issues of existence are generated from this doubt.

We think that by perfecting a “point” or an issue (or a subject of entanglement) things will be resolved. The approach is to keep doing things out of pure faith and trust and accept whatever turns up or manifests. This means to concentrate and become unconditional in existence. Many times I may get annoyed and disturbed by situation’s responses and people’s tendencies and so on. The question is why get disturbed and what is there to be expected and why should any situation let me affect? Why should I treat myself so real? Who am I to perceive things? What is I? That is the point of inquiry.

God is always present and His Will only works - not “mine” and not “yours”.
