introspection can be a curse at times - where there is no end in sight and the fear is deep rooted than one can even get hold off. the reaction for the same is also not proper - to get immersed in the "noise" of manifestation that one hopes to displace the fear! how appallingly poor that is! can one ever escape change or death?! if all creation and vibration has come from God (and motion as we have become) then how come we ignore it or even suppress it?

for many years there was this belief that intellectual pursuit is the salvation for all 'fears' (or salvation against survival pangs). in the coming years it seems that intellect is used for its own sake without any long term or long lasting permanent benefits. it is turning the limitation onto itself. it would be interesting to see the modes of thought that people deployed in pre modern times.

in hindsight it seems proper to face this inquiry - sooner or later one would have nevertheless faced it. the inquiry is faced because perhaps we fail to acknowledge the impermanence or the dimension of change in creation and that there is only One medium that exists eternally and not many.... many means temporary which means change and which means impermanence and that means fear.

however fear is not the opposite of love - as is most commonly understood. all emotions or feelings contain the "seeds" of everything else - except one of the seeds is focused on for the moment. this means that there is a choice to focus onto something - either negative or positive. yet there may be a confusion between focus and realization or peeling off unwanted layers.

unconditional bliss or love includes all three processes - focus, peeling off and realization. having done so - which itself is a lifelong process - perhaps for a number of lives - one may become the One. now this process is ought to be "applied" or "practiced" in all dimensions of perceptions - in thoughts to feelings to action. i am currently not sure if thought supersedes action or not - since everything can be regarded as imagination anyway, so there ought to be no reason to assume superiority of any dimension neither define a start point based on any dimension. depending on what one seems to like for no apparent reason, the start point gets defined and then leads one to transcendence. that is the goal.
