Anger

We express intents behind words or silence. Similarly intent is also expressed by the environment and the intent is also perceived by us depending on what we choose to attract. I can either say that a “situation” is “this or that” or I can say that the “situation” is neutral (does not indicate what I am). This means that situation and us are not different in the first place and depending on what we think, how we think, a situation is “created”. Philosophically, that means by further decoding, a mind is a tool by which a situation gets perceived. Decode the mind, motion or vibrations are perceived. Decode the vibrations further and the mind dissolves and what remains is consciousness (or what is already present – is consciousness). Hence, perception is a kind of a “layer” that limits/ constraints/ binds consciousness into some kind of force and matter or expressing Itself in the fabric of space-time. Peel off the layer or remove the layer and consciousness is revealed.

Anger is a form of expression. The person who is expressing an emotion (or a force) called anger, may not be aware of what he/she is doing. It may not be even his/her intent to get annoyed. He/she may be using words that may (or equally may not) mean anger!!

So there are two things in this expression – the initiator of the force and the receiver of the force. I feel anger within me. What does that actually mean? I can only perceive things that are present within me, not apart from what exists in me! Can I look deep within myself and see what causes anger? It may mean my expectations about wanting things to happen in certain sequences and frequencies, it may mean my survival, my identity, constructs, need of balance, fear, need of security, loss of time, expecting better efficiency, non tolerance about diversity of approaches, expectation of prestige, approval, material progress, comparison, pressures of family or peers or colleagues or anything else….and there may be many more vibrations of thoughts at deeper layers that I may not even be aware of. Thus I express anger intentionally (whenever an imagined threat is perceived based on my assumptions of life or existence) and similarly I feel anger when I hear something or see something which again is perceived as threat to my survival.

In all this analysis it should reveal a question as to who or what and how “anger” gets created? This will bring forth an inquiry about mind and body and the phenomenon of motion or manifestation resulting in our tendency to cling to existence or identify with the motion.

Motion creates everything – the expression of which, is the visible universe having different forms and names. This we operate as tendencies. If we observe these tendencies without labeling them or suppressing them or identifying with them, then we may become calm. Motion can only be seen as motion if we access the calm quality that is present in us. I can see motion if I am calm and I cannot see calm if I am the motion! This is the fundamental Truth.

The route for this is to use intellect to analyse emotions as much as possible and to expand the intent of action beyond limited mind-body scenario. The mind expands (and dissolves its very identity subsequently) and a state of stillness is achieved. Motion and being contained in space-force-matter fabric are one and the same. Motionless means no scale and hence means not being contained within any limitations. This state of mind is required to be achieved by all of us.
