It is better to remain quiet. things happen, we do not miss anything, nothing is forgotten and everything can be forgiven. things come again and they require a response or an engagement. what is said in what manner and when and how need not hamper peace or bliss inherent in everything. what others say is immaterial to your self worth; what others say is incomplete; what others say does not mean an immediate response from one; what others say may not be relevant to the point; what others do may not be your priority to be concerned about; what others say may be coming from a very different tendency; what others say does not mean anything about any imagination about you; what others say is only apparent; what others say may not be acted upon by them; what others say is not your salvation or any promise; what others say is not any true measure or something to aspire for always; what others say does not convey anything about your life or your start point or an end point; what others say does not indicate anything about the future; what others say may not make your experience dated; what others say may not affect you or compel you to respond; what others say may not be taken authentically; what others say may not be true; what others say may only be a stress buster; what others say may not condition your response; what others say may not be altered or debated; what others say may not mean anything about your response; what others say may not mean a valid solution; what others say may not indicate a context; what others say may offer little clues; what others say may not mean the whole world ought to be doing the same thing; what others say - they say.
