Shree: Concentration
230622: Shree: Concentration
Concentration many times is equated with refinement and faster production. That is one dimension of concentration and I am not sure if that is always to be adhered or supported. Concentration can also mean to focus on the absolute reality, wherein all distractions caused by ego (say perception of manifestation; unnecessary fear; unnecessary worry; unnecessary pain; unnecessary ego) are dissolved or not considered real enough to create a pull or a compulsion to respond conditionally.
Focusing on absolute reality means to go beyond conditions of space and time and to become unconditional - so the process of engagement itself takes a form of divinity or transcendence and is not informed by constraints created by internal vibrations (or by Space-Time). This means to go beyond fear especially and worrying about the result and expectations and change - all born from perception or vibration or mind-body phenomenon. How this can be accomplished as a process of "becoming" is a matter of discovery by the individual and herein lies the potentially alive nature of existence. What we see as forms is a gross perception of space and time - compelling a lot of conditions of performance on us. It changes, we expect permanence and there is pain. In acquiring an object (which is also a changeable construct), there is a seed of some other desire and hence there is no satisfaction in worldly pursuit. Desire is a vibration that creates an illusion of separation and fear and change.
By concentrating as a mind skill, we are aiming at dissolving this wavering tendency of vibration and becoming the Absolute Reality.
