Shree: Focusing and dissolving
160622: Shree: Focusing and dissolving
things of manifestation are interdependent and full of potential of becoming something and converting into something else. what you think as vibrations, so are situations formed for you. in short, it is a temporary picture of things and forces us to adopt a conditioned response (if this happens then...).Point is we worry too much about past or future and even the present and that keeps the world real for us - to find something and so on. We let things affect us and that is the problem. Vibrations are generated without our awareness of it and we get tossed by them.
frankly speaking, there is only One which is perceived as many, interchanging and interdependent motion of space and time. We are a result of consciousness that gets connected with manifestation through vibrations. Vibrations make us perceive and respond to space and time - all of these ideas are only that - ideas or constructs or imaginations and NOT absolute. so we imagine and get engaged.
the inquiry is: what is required to be imagined as vibrations? this means to focus only on the One and negate all other vibrations. the capacity to "focus" and dissolve the mind (separation and vibration) is with us. If the mind is dissolved by focusing on unconditioned existence, then the One is realized.
where is God? everywhere of course! even to ask this question itself suggests that one doubts the existence of God (which is again a state of existence). our existence has "come" from beyond and we forget that. hence there is an issue here and we treat everything as real, which should not be the case.
finding God means to become the One. God is not a product that one can catch in one's hand and look at it. to find God means to become God Himself. this means there is a conversion of the nature of self expected here and is NOT an external transformation but initiated within oneself. this transformation is about the change of vibrations from many to One. finally one can become God by focusing on breath, sound, process, love, meditation, work, empathy, analysis - underlying factor being of focus and dissolving the mind.
