Shree: Things

130822: Shree: Things

Nothing exists in isolation, except for the Principle. I am not different from anything else and all other things too make me. Reversely my essence is also found everywhere else. It is for this reason that a bounded answer does not exist and neither does a bounded question. One sets out for an inquiry at a point and it will take one to understanding of the entire cosmos (from part to whole) and finally to consciousness. Motion is not bounded at a particular spot of space and time – it leads to all other changing and interdependent spots and it goes round and round. If one is looking for “escape” then that is not possible. If one is looking for bounded understanding of a spot, then it is inevitable that the journey will lead you to the whole and that too in cycles. This is perhaps wholesomeness – that a part includes or expresses the nature of the Whole and the Whole is also present in the part. This characteristics is present in all phenomena and perhaps this is the nature of Existence – we too express this property obviously and hence if we start on a noble quest for knowing who we are, then we may realize that we are everywhere and all objects that we felt were different were actually our own reflections and finally all objects or forms or forces “melt” into the One. Whatever we are looking at or reflecting on or thinking about – finally leads to God and IS God. It is God that makes all motion possible and nothing else. This is what we are and this needs to be recalled.

It is for this reason perhaps (reason = purpose for the sake of writing here) that what we think has a cosmic repercussion and what happens in cosmos affects us too. The entire circuit is interlinked and represents the One as “many” as a matter of perception when in motion. Now this is our nature – as Existence and the sooner one accepts this, our own healing occurs immediately.

Vibrations by themselves are not bad – they are made up because of a state of mind. Realize this and vibrations can dissolve or at least they may not be able to affect us negatively. If at all at some point of time we realize that it is all One, then our focus changes towards becoming the One and motion does not disturb us more or does not compel us to see things differently. Seeing things differently indicates change and our urge to stop it – and therefore the stress. Letting go of change means to go to a higher state of Existence and becoming the One.

Let us understand what this means closer home. Firstly, all actions are Divinely inspired. Thus, intent of action, effort, result should be divinely recognized and not something of our own doing or making or expecting or evaluating or even complaining or even planning. This also means that things keep happening and they have no direct significance to what we are or what our worth is. If it is to happen in particular ways, it will. If it has to come, it will come – if it has to go, it will go. In fact, being worried about security or self worth or any phenomena is just not required.

As existence, there are two dimensions of expressions – mind or thought (or vibrations) and body or matter or form (which is again a state of vibration). Consciousness is also referred as Energy to vibrate into something (or Pure Potential) and this takes place as breath, mind and body. By controlling one of these, all others can be controlled. Hence deep breathing or concentration reveals Divinity.

Realization happens in different ways to different people at different times and places. The process is unique to the person, yet it is a universal process of evolution. I may understand things intellectually perhaps but saying the same logic to others has some other effect beyond my comprehension and vice versa. I may say something, but it may affect others emotionally and induce fear in them and I may be required to understand why such association got created. Similarly if an emotion is expressed by other person, I may not quite get the meaning of what was just said since I may “hear” it in my own ways. Point is about listening without applying any other ego parameter. Previously things seem to be very logical and straightforward and now perhaps they aren’t so. Maybe later, it would again become logical in a new way and the current complexity that I imagine, may get resolved. So one is always on the move.

If one tries to get deep into what causes certain vibrations within us, then it will take us to situations, pace of life, time, frequency, memory, disconnect and so on. Fear and anxiety are related to many things and the effort to focus on calmness also requires perhaps many angles to consider. These angles are not linear or sequential and they keep changing with space and time and hence reminding oneself of patience and calmness is a continuous process. It is not a product or a stop point or a destination – but always a continuous process. Existence is always a process – like continuous breathing. One of these processes is of remembrance of the Principle.

In other terms, I do not think that “thought” itself has got any answers to calmness – it sometimes only worsens the phenomenon. We may plan enough, compartmentalize enough, create sequences enough, be engaged enough, act enough, think enough and do enough – but peace may yet remain elusive. Is the act of doing to create peace? Then this inquiry leads to expectation, which defeats the philosophical worldview. Is it about anything? This inquiry again is to be left at a level of suspension and not of resolution and perhaps philosophy is about speculation and suspension and patience and not of intellectual solutions.

If one refers to what gender means, then it can also lead to interesting things. Inference wise, I feel gender need not be looked as a competitive force (some people may also critique this saying as being chauvinistic pig but I do not know at present). Genders see things differently intellectually and emotionally. Their ways of responding to situations, people, conversations are different. Is that a problem? I do not feel so. Should one become like the other gender? That would be near impossible and is also not required. By being different, you see things differently and hence can respond in different ways and see the given gender based problem from another angle. We are informed by gender, age, body, mind and many other constructs. As motion we remain conditioned. But this is only a mist or an illusion that conceals the Truth of consciousness. Motion may offer us gateways to realize the Truth. There are billion ways of thinking and expressing – that can bewilder one easily if one expects things to remain streamlined or sorted or ironed out logically. Everyone is in the mode of ironing things and they do it by compulsive drive of the ego. Once the illness is known, the remedy can be found. I may be a man and someone else may be a woman, but that does not mean anything in absolute sense. Both are relative, interdependent, complimentary, reflective positions (having no independent existence) and therefore who am I to say anything about myself or any other person? So accept things as they are, since to bestow a mind and body based meaning is to pollute the event of consciousness.

Philosophically, Existence is about “pure unconditional action of becoming”. There is no doubt that action takes place but our intent of perceiving action requires philosophical basis and not an intellectual one or an egoistic one. So when we say that things happen – or motion takes place- there is pure action and no need of finding any purpose or evaluating it or judging it. Consciousness or Its presence, creates this action and that is all there is to it.
