Shree: coming and going
Shree: coming and
going
Despite whatever
the perception generates within us, it is inevitable and a default reality that
we come from God and go to God and all things that happen in between also are
the will of God. Philosophy deals with two things as I understand – one of them
is accepting the functioning of the mind and understanding that the start,
middle and final of everything is God. This then presents us with two intents
of action – either one resigns to a fate of God and do nothing if our role is
zero OR embark on the journey of realization of Godliness (and hence the role
of right engagement with action).
Doing nothing is
not a choice for us, since whatever takes a form, must engage in action – that
is the property of the form itself (or of manifestation). The fruits of our
engagement have to be accepted by us or need to get perceived by us. Action
leads to perception and vice versa. Reframing from action also generates fruits
(pain or pleasure) and what is missed in this relationship is the “vibrations”
that give rise to intent and action. Thus the focus is on vibrations and not on
action or what it will give eventually.
Vibrations are
extremely subtle and they get carried within our imagination for many lives and
hence we come, grow, dissolve and this cycle continues eternally on account of
vibrations. A life is an expression of vibrations we carry and thus the
situation “out there” is a construct of vibrations. This obviously changes and
remains interdependent and hence is “not absolutely true”. The Existence (as a
reality/medium) does not depend on vibrations and neither whatever we perceive
or do in this world. This is exactly we need to realize.
Since forms change
according to anything and everything, how can one hold onto anything and why?
Is there anything worthy to hold as a construct (like sand or water that slips
from our fingers)? Same is true for force or for vibrations that will change.
Hence our attention and imagination cannot stay on the plane of vibrations –
they need to go beyond – this going beyond is silencing and steadying the mind.
Going beyond is not only limited to an intellectual process but beyond it. The
grace of God is that where this “beyondness” informs the intellectual
transformation. If so is the journey asked for, then that is where the purpose
of action is defined – expansion of the mind through work or thoughts or
feelings or breath.
Currently since we
are born, we will go one day and in this “station” of life, we perceive things
or change or forms or forces based on our wavelength. There is definitely something
before and after the station of perception and that will be known only by two
things – if we go to another station after this life OR we take efforts and
bring about change in imagination i.e. silence the mind itself. Death is
associated with “body” and hence we fear - perhaps most concepts are a
measurement of bodily experience – which change fast and remain highly
interdependent on many things.
In this
perspective, “body” is a state of the mind and as long as our thinking is
consumed by bodily experiences (as a measure of reality) we will not be at
peace. Thus, the nature of thinking then has to evolve from bodily vibrations
to forces and then to subtle vibrations till imagination need not arise and
only God becomes the only reality.
Above is a lot of
work and calls for almost endless amount of patience. And in what manner such
evolution happens is also not known and because it is not known,
it is beyond logic and hence is a matter of discovery or realization. And this
realization again is a loaded term. At the centre is the immediate perception
of the body and hence we see only a very tiny part of the truth. As the centre
grows we see the influence of forces and then of vibrations and finally no such
boundary remains. The nature of the centre changes – we have not moved
anywhere. We may think that this transformation is only contained by efforts or
by logic but it may be far from it. In what way vibrations erupt cannot be
predicted and hence it is not a matter of addition or subtraction or deletion
or suppression or compartmentalization. It is a matter of silencing the
vibrations. Vibrations are not the problem and one need not fear them – all has
come from God, so He has also given us a key to silence them and come to know
God Himself.
All things are from
Him, I have no role in it and I can only observe and engage as a matter of
motion. It is all by God that I am created and I will go. Hence the emphasis on
start point, sequence, logic, control should be surpassed. I will come as mind
+ body and go and take some new form somewhere else. Whatever I see as forms
have being coming and going eternally, whatever motion is seen has been coming
from invisible medium to visible forms and going back to invisible medium. All that
is asked is steadiness.
