Shree: only the Soul Is.

fear cannot be so easily done away with and its connections are embedded to vibrations that reveal the entire web of creation, along with forces and forms. many thoughts and feelings get generated because of this phenomenon of creation and by the presence of consciousness.

consciousness itself does not do any action but is expressed through the medium of vibrations, forces and forms. thus there exist two dimensions to be understood - presence of consciousness that creates motion and motion as the expression of consciousness. both cannot be ignored or perhaps both are the dimensions of existence - be it anything.

the problem with intellect is that it wavers and this wavering creates a loop of thought and unable to understand what peace is. peace is unconditional and everything of motion (including intellect) is conditioned to many variables and changes and the interdependent web. thus the effort is to become a state of non conditional existence amidst motion. does that dissolve motion? we do not know. perhaps that makes motion redundant. the intellect wants to find answers for application and this is a part of "arriving" at the Truth. but part of it also lies in trust and silencing the mind.

many attempts have been done to address this aspect of vibrations that create a mind and body and which also keep changing. if the attempt is to "stop" or "control
" vibrations, that lands one in serious trouble. consider the idea of "production, multitasking, pursuit of happiness, GDP, surveillance, hierarchy" and so on. that illusion creates a society of control and passiveness but also apathy, dispassion for living and increased cocooned existence. all seems to be under control but that is mere cosmetic treatment - beneath this, who knows what is sizzling and how it will erupt eventually as a disaster or chaos or commotion or violence? the approach to this predicament is to let vibrations be as they are and let them flow out. not doing anything or avoidance of difficult questions or actions is a recipe for disaster, since by heart we know in the long run that does not work for the individual and the society. in fact increased production is a sign of weakness of the heart and extreme amount of uncontrollable fear. feelings are not acknowledged at all in this mode of production and running around and the biggest mistake we commit is to assume that life can be lived and understood only through linearly defined logic! how far from the truth we have arrived!

there is no "i" in this equation  of thought, feeling and action - which means there is only the Soul through which existence occurs. this needs to be trusted and completely accepted.
