One and the same

072221: Shree: One and the same.

Motion and God are the two sides of the same coin or they are different forms of the SAME medium. When I exist as motion, I am seeing God, but as many, change, cause and effects and transformations and movements and vibrations and also the inclination or tendency or the urge to keep expressing and creating an identity. Creation means to vibrate (which is what this medium generates) and it creates a movement or a force and matter output. This output changes with time and is also dependent on all other outputs and finally dissolves back to pure consciousness. When we are in motion, we construct terms of self, mind, body, history, culture, and the pattern they generate – either seen from repetitive perspective or cyclic perspective or identity perspective or transcendental perspective. This means that any existence has these dimensions. When I consider a moment of my existence, then either I can make it absolute (in terms of its validity) or cyclic (in terms of a pattern of thought) or transcendental in terms of spirit. My personal inclination is to consider it a pattern – a kind of eternal pattern of “movement” defined by cause and effect and that it transforms and hence includes a particular character and a universal character.

Going beyond these movements’ means to become still. Movements were constructs as long as one chose to remain attached because of maya. Spirit or soul is realized within when movements or vibrations dissolve or they do not hold a grip over our existence.

I don’t think that it needs to be a matter of motion or non motion (as a choice) because that will mean a “choice” and hence a purpose for deciding one path. There is a concept called as कार्य करतांना “कष्ट” अनुभवणे. I would equate hardship with sense of purpose, drive, urge, compulsion, expectation, insecurity, diet of senses, vibrations – all these mean the same. The fact is that actions are constructed as “coming from me” and hence fruits of actions are expected. This causes pain and we keep running to create a perfect situation. The assumption to have a perfect situation comes from a feeling of incompleteness, which is another name for “motion”. The antidote to this feeling is to realize consciousness state. This means to concentrate without any distractions, to make the mind still (because that will mean no change at all and consciousness will be revealed) to dissolve mind itself, to become unconditional and likewise consider everything as being God Himself. This also means to become purposeless and to drop the search of “why”?

This practice is required, because that will “purify” our nature. Vibration pollutes us – it colours us with some kind of colour. We have to become colourless again or transparent or subtle or vibrationless or beyond space and form. That is our real nature and motion is incidental part of that nature.

If I have a doubt, it is God’s will. If I am in pain, God wants me to learn. If I am lonely, God is telling me some important lesson. If I choose to act, God wants me to do so. Whatever I am, whatever I do, whatever I feel, there is God behind all motives. There is no “me” and there need not be any credit or discredit or judgments or guilt or anger within me. There need not be fear or worry or imagination or past or future. There is only One and He only is.

Hari Om.
