Scale is defined as something that gets a form and can be measured and constitutes some change and movement. Scale means manifestation and that can range from a particle to the cosmos. the point is that our tendency of thoughts are applicable even at the level of particle and at the level of cosmos. From the same thought, I can go deep down to vibrations or I can make a form of a cosmos.

thus the question is what is the "nature" of thought (or the fundamental feeling) that you are willing to bring forth? Because that is going to fill the entire range of manifestation from particle to cosmos. This also means that one is connected from the level of particle to cosmos - so our actions matter.

Becoming unconditional means to love and trust and accept and forgive. With this, all particles and cosmos will thereby "vibrate" as you express this feeling.

By saying the name of God, we express this tendency from particle to cosmos.
