Shree: A question
Shree: A question
There are days of times when
introspection continues or one is engaged in this activity and at other times,
one may be engaged with action. Introspection helps and so does philosophy. It
may help at that very instant (which is ideal) or it may help retrospectively
or in the future or while analyzing situations later on. The ideal way is to
exist as One at the given moment but even if philosophy helps one at other moments
or in difficult and happy times, then that is also nice. Hence this habit of
introspecting should not remain suspended.
Philosophy is about systematizing
certain perceptions or perhaps transforming them into the One or even
dissolving vibrations or renouncing motion or focusing on being unconditional –
all is the same but it has all these layers. Perhaps we are aware that only a
human being is given this gift of reflexive thought and this gift requires
acknowledgment.
Ideally again, philosophy is about
unconditional loving and being at peace with everything. This is a process and
some of the steps involved is at least of accepting variations, dilemmas and
constructs and observing them and being patient along the way. It is about
inquiring where do these tendencies exist; where do they come from; why do they
come; how do they come and how and where do they go? All of this is motion and
all of this is perception and even forces and forms and all of this is One.
I am a gift from beyond and this
gift transforms, changes, perceives, depends on something and is also absolute.
The biggest struggle so long has been
of understanding what is happening within me and why cannot I express the
contradiction or dilemma inside of me to someone? Why am I obsessed to be
authentic and what is authenticity? In being so sharply focused on this
question, perhaps I lose out on acceptance and resist change. Was this
avoidable? I cannot answer this question since logic will only present the
answer as a matter of choice. Choice does not solve the nature of existence and
it only keeps on presenting alternatives of experiences. But does choice or
intellect or analysis or logic offer peace?
To answer this question then, it
is important to expand the definition of logic as a mere problem solving tool. Inspiration
is also logic and so is lateral or comprehensive thinking. A tool is a tool but
behind the tool is the intent, which comes from vibrations.
Ask yourself what is the intent
of existing as mind and body? Why do we wish to remain so interdependent or
conditional? Why do we base our identity on mind and body?
We require putting trust in
existence. We require realizing what the nature of existence is. None of this
process is straightforward and simple. Had it been so, many would become God
and all misery would end in an instant. Motion exists and that is ok. Tendencies
exist, people exist, vibrations exist, movements exist and all is ok. For, the
existence of motion does not affect Divinity in any way and that is where our realization
should reach. I may not even be able to say this verbally, yet all is ok with
me and the world!
All questions of time, space,
people, situations, events, frequencies, intensities, causal connections,
emotions, feelings, logic, compartmentalization, positions, urgency,
withdrawal, awareness should be dropped or one need not be bothered even if
they remain suspended or they continue to exist. Existence is already there
even if questions continue to generate, change and transform. Question does not
mean something must be completed and we are currently incomplete and hence impermanent
and hence unlovable. Rather a question is a question – a tendency of existence as
mind. Embrace it. All is ok with any ‘question’! All is well!
