one is about how things are perceived. perception starts from vibrations and then thoughts and then forms. all these contribute into perception. there is no separation - it is just one medium seen as many - this is the effect of perception on us - that we think we are different and there are many forms that one is required to manage or deal with. then there is an issue of change, its rate, interdependence and variables and control - summarily our illusion of ego. ego itself can be regarded as an illusion. that being said, it is about trying and learning and not of taking any guilt by this illusion. the point is are we answerable to illusion and should we take self blame for being in illusion? i do not think our worth should be linked for an answer to this question. i am in illusion or i am illusion or i am perceiving or simply i perceive life and death and it is affecting my thoughts. accept this phenomenon as it is. by accepting one can then analyse and hope to detach from this effect and change this effect to going beyond or becoming the One.

i think it is very hard for us to come out of the trap of responsibility and response or action. give everything to God. make God as the focus and make Him the essence of everything. this again is an attempt - one has to trust the ability of transforming. we are already in a state of existence called as mind and body - which is what we are focusing on - so we have already become this state!

the inquiry is - do we wish to change this nature of state to tranquility or non conditional idea or of Silence or of the One? can this question be made the focus, irrespective of anything that apparently befalls us time and again? is it really a matter of conditions? is it really a matter of response? is it really a matter of space and time and change? is it really a matter of life and death?
