Focus on God and nothing else – since everything as we perceive, is from God. God is absolute existence of non motion, unconditioned, non changeable, infinite The One, eternal, Potential, Is. Through this medium which we refer as “Him”, the world seems to emerge and change. Hence this includes our own vibrations and perceptions that receive or generate signals of difference. At a deeper level this means engagement or ego or fear. At a phenomenon level, it means desires or vibrations. All objects we see represent a state of vibrations. By slowing down further and going deeper (to slow also means to go deep within), the visible changes to changing invisible states and finally to non changeable absolute invisible state. The point is that change is our own representation and hence if change gets perceived (along with host of other feelings) then we are at a gross state of existence.

The learning is about becoming unconditional and blissful and still. All dimensions of human perception from vibrations to forces to thoughts to feelings to actions should therefore align to go towards becoming the absolute. Absoluteness however is not a product that one can catch separately like an apple- it is becoming absoluteness so that there is no difference between the process, the object and the subject. The perception or vibrations need to dissolve. We become knowledge - rather we represent knowledge of a particular state of Existence. Thus Existence = knowledge. This is already “there”. The only requirement is to realize this.

This also means that there is no “why” to things. We may analyze, but finally trust is important.
