Shree: Unfolding
Shree: Unfolding
Steadiness does not mean being
static. Staticness means death whereas steadiness is being alive amidst change.
As long as there is a mind, perception occurs and that means change, dependence
and temporality and impermanence and a wavering existence and visibility of
forms. This is symbolically called as “sin”, as we only act according to the
constructed conditions imposed on the self – so become greedy as an existential
phenomenon. In this state of mind, there is an awareness of “I” as mind and
body and dependence of what one sees and what signals the senses give. The mind
decides an action depending on what gets perceived as signals and it can only
see that much. Hence its entire idea of survival and stability depends on this
changing scenario – hence it fears and craves for stability. So much of greed
is inbuilt that it starts to affect in all our actions without us even being
aware of the greed. The first task is to become aware of how much deep this
greed has set within oneself – not just the forms but forces and vibrations.
The awareness should increase to
a cosmic medium. “We” is a construct and is not true in absolute sense. We is
formed from many impressions from subtle to gross levels and from past lives
and from interdependence and change – so there is not a single, absolute,
stable point to refer for any action (in motion). All is relative. All is a
construct. All is creation. All is an aspect of God. Hence the answer of
stability does not lie at one place or by following something as a single
point. One day we may feel something and the other day something else. We may
think a particular action is ok and at other times something else is ok.
This means the unfolding
of situations or events is not caused by any particular point of
motion, but the cause is highly subtle, infinite and the One. One has to feel
this unfolding coming from God, in which we have become motion (a particular
fluid position). Again this also is a symbolic way of saying something -
manifestation coming “from” God (from means creation or
becoming). The issue with this word “from” is that we immediately rush to catch
the Source as the liberator of all perils – again a greedy point of view. But
that being a decision based on sequences, the Source cannot be known in that
manner.
Hence trust is required. Give up
the greed from within. Give up the vibrations - they are not us or we are not
defined by them. How that transforms us is only to be trusted. This is
symbolically called as being “Divine”.
