I start my day, as far as possible, by writing something – I pray to God that this habit should continue till the end irrespective of the situation.

One can talk of consciousness from various angles – through concept, experience, work, mind, writing, art…just about anything. This means that all kinds of displays/ expressions/ forms are coming from the same source. The “difference” of forms of expressions is only apparent (relative to what you think you are). This also means in a reverse way, that any start point, any situation, any form of expression has the ability to connect one to the source! There is, then, really no difference between forms of expressions (manifestation) and the Source that we say as consciousness! The difference is just apparent! The difference is caused by our body and mind (a form of vibration/ oscillation/ perception). It is obvious to many that different people indicate different attitudes to life and therefore voice different opinions on subject matters. What is not so obvious that any form of existence - be that a cat or a dog or Sun or human being or a blade of grass is also apparent or relative! Relative to “my” perception existing as a human being. And when one talks of existence, actually what does one mean? Does it only mean some kind of body, mind and so on? Existence essentially means vibrations in consciousness that takes or expresses itself as some force and matter. The moment there is vibration, there is a scope for a force and matter to exist and there is perception (clinging/ attachment) and the entire universe of manifestation appears as true. This sense of attachment to vibrations is strong in all and hence no one seems to leave one’s “position” of vibrations or perceptions! This keeps the universe kicking with life! There is difference and there is craze for control and there is an inborn feeling of insecurity - all contributing into the clinging of life and all such constructs of high and low or dark and light or fat and thin or rich and poor or sophisticated and simple etc stem from this perception of difference/ force/ binary.

There is only consciousness – all manifestation is just apparent! Consciousness covers Itself by force and matter or by mind and body and a motion is set. The motion is just a camouflage to the state of motionless/ stillness. As long as we identify with this manifested motion or laws of Nature, we will not even acknowledge and see consciousness! Consciousness is beyond motion (so beyond any point of space and time, so cannot be grasped or thought over or touched or felt or smelt or tasted or heard or caught or squeezed or expanded or inflated or compressed or acted upon or anything for that matter!). In saying the above sentence, there still remains an assumption of difference between consciousness and “me” (as manifested phenomenon) and hence these words or thoughts get articulated.

The realization is that there is NO difference in anything. Subtract or extract the difference of Name and Form and what exists is Consciousness. While subtracting, it is indicated that “we” subtract “ourselves” from the equation too (subtract the body and mind and whatever vibrations it generates) and what remains is Consciousness!
