Motion and Planning
080222: Shree: Motion and Planning
The more one focuses to “solve” the problem, the
more number of variables to control one discovers. In other words,
concentrating on problem only increases complexity of the same! Reversely, if
one ignores the problem, it does not “go away” but keeps bothering you. So what
is to be done?
The basis of any problem is located in vibrations
(apparent sense of movement and creation of force and form). Since we ourselves
are motion, we will keep creating problems to be engaged with! Thus, we and the
problems are one and the same. As long as we exist as motion, problems
will continue to be perceived without any beginning or end and we will keep
searching for the illusionary place called as a perfect situation! Thus
the thing to be learnt is that the problem lies within us and so does the
permanent solution to dissolve it.
In our daily lives, there is a lot of self talk we
do. Talking (vibrations) is real and no matter what one may say about being
implicit or nebulous, it still affects our perception. The issue is not with a
force or how big is any matter or form; the issue is more profound in terms of
vibrations which are so subtle that unless we become subtle, we may not even
know what is happening within us. At that subtle level, one understands that
consciousness is a medium that may convert (or appear) as vibrations that
generates a form – “we” and our perception of the world around us. So anything
can dissolve into consciousness and anything can appear from the same medium.
Anything can change, anything can be interlinked and anything can be seen as
form or force or consciousness. This is the medium that exists.
Why do we therefore think of job, money, and plan
so many things around it – not to mention wife, kids, family and many other “Requirements”
to sustain us or make us survive! There is an assumption hidden in acquiring
these experiences. What if I do not obey these constructs? What will happen?
Will I fear loosing out on anything? Will I feel lonely and if yes then why?
What has these constructs to do with me?
Planning is a tying up of numerous variables that
keep changing and whose connections we forge. More the connections, more is the
compulsion to control these variables and more are our feelings at an anxious
state. Another word is how does one look at “Time”? Time seems to change fast,
if we concentrate on micro variables and if the equation becomes too complex to
include billion connected variables. This is what AI seems to be giving us –
the cost of collaboration and interconnectedness and then the compulsion to
control and streamline things to become a machine of perfection – all feelings
and nuances wiped out! So much for purposeful living and the hype over
individualism! I will care too hoots if the internet collapses and I am not fed
by live data of how a flower seems to bloom every micro second and what that
means about my mood!
My parents are of that age and physical and mental
condition that “logical response with them” hardly works. They forget many
things and this generates a lot of questions about remembrance and identity. I
cannot ask why and neither am I to be irritated by that or feel guilty about
being helpless to that condition. They cannot talk loud, all words sound
gibberish and they stick ferociously to one point despite alternative way of
seeing the same scenario. Comprehensively, this is “fear” (guarding the
survival of mind and body at their age) and there is no reason why such
transformations happen and what can we do about this situation? Clinging or
attachment or expectations are present at all ages of humanity and these
tendencies present to us in different forms at different times of our lives. If
I think they (and me) are in pain then what is pain? Pain is felt because there
is expectation, compulsion, urge, attachment to mind and body and so many
things. Pain is an experience of mind and body and it is vibration after all. One
creates a vibration and that creates a life for him/her. I have a vibration and
other person will have a different vibration. Both of us are not responsible entirely
for what we create for self and definitely not responsible for how it affects
the other. The issue is of understanding the concept of vibrations and to know
that it is a “form” of the One; that it is only apparent. All change is
apparent and what motion says to us is only an illusion and not to be
considered real enough to respond out of compulsion. In the process, if many
things are left out by me, or I am not able to do a
lot of things, then is that a failure? NO. Why
should it be considered in that way? What has events got to do
with “me”?
The best time is that when time gets suspended. This
means to do something without any purpose or expectation and being
unconditional in thought, love and action. For this, situation is immaterial
and compulsions are namesake – they are excuses for not being unconditional. My
being unconditional has got nothing to do with situations. If I love, then I should
love regardless of anything put I front of me.
Similar compulsion comes from our construct of past
and future – the pull of the mind in many directions to do this, have this, get
this, go there, stop here, meet him or be with her and so on. Who creates this
pull and why? And if you notice, this pull is something that we construct in
our million cycles of births.
The final botheration is about taking a “position”
and again funnily why do we do this? Progress or stagnation (if at all felt in
that manner) is tied again with time and what we are doing etc. All is
ridiculous at one level of achieving perfection.
At another level, it is acknowledging that these
pulls as incidental and knowing that they are coming or present because of God.
So renouncing will matter a lot, concentrating and observing motion becomes important
and remembering God and being unconditional becomes important. I am God and I
require no proof for this. This thought should sink within.
