What is reality out there is an immaterial question or not as important as the reality which is the mind. Mind supersedes everything else and hence to know one’s mind and befriend it is the fundamental requirement of existence. Mind is vibrations and all senses mean the same thing. It is the creator and receiver of signals. Having understood this, perception can be  refined to make it concentrate on a single point and dissolve the impacts of vibrations or any of the forms it constructs. What remains or is revealed is consciousness. In other words, mind produces “forms” (of reality) – it is its nature coming from deep set vibrations which in turn come from consciousness. If vibrations change, forms change – this is the equation. So God is real and can take a “form” of existence for us if our vibrations become aligned to God. Events can keep happening; there maybe situations; there may a past or a future – but it is the mind that shapes everything and NOT the motion outside.
