Shree: Anchor

Anchor….everyone these days talks about some anchor to make sense of the world or of existence around us. Included in this concern, are questions of change, rate of change, inside-outside, tendencies, patterns, individual and the collective, the concept of I, constructs, impermanence and so on. Whatever one thinks, it still bound to cause certain disturbance of self – probably this is a learning process.

But intellect is our anchor – the introspection and the dilemma it senses of perception – is the fundamental human anchor – else we would drift and be like animals. Hence impermanence, variety, change, dilemma is to be considered as an integral experience of anchor – something we have to be engaged with since we are born and expressed as humans by consciousness. It should also make us realize the limitation of ego and the potential to just “be” and change our behavior accordingly. Also the realization of “many” as a state of mind and the One – as the absolute existence. Then the dialog is also about purpose and focus and what is meant to live blissfully.

Let this inner dialog continue and take you to the heights of realization! I do not think that dilemma and contradictions are any hindrance of growth – rather they are learning experienc4es to go beyond. This is the path – with all dents and thorns. This is sent by God to us. Accept it.
