Shree: Meanings
101222: Shree: Meanings
In what way God is
realized cannot be predicted at all, irrespective of the increasing awareness
one may get by becoming more and more introverted and knowing the nuances of
perception from body or form to forces to vibrations. It may be a matter of
practice or a sudden flash of realization from daily tasks or from some point
of existence or a combination of all known and unknown factors. The Unknown is
to be trusted - in perception; in the
manner in which things occur or are perceived; in the manner of which actions
result what kind of fruits; in the manner in which things work out beyond what
we can perceive. All is “alive”; all is “existence” and hence one may have a
moment or a movement or a cycle or linearity or a dilemma or transcendence.
Existence only is.
Who am I to comment on authenticity of motion and what effects it has on us?
Everything is relative and there is no such thing in motion that exists by
itself or in isolation or is steady or is eternal. If I am thinking of a point,
then the reality of point is dependent or defined by all other factors that are
interdependent and which change. This “thinking” that takes place - is in consciousness.
An example of
change is found in Rome – from times of crest to trough when the city was
abandoned during a period of 1000 years with ruins and other areas left to
wilderness. It suggests many things –the glory of anything does not last long
(this means that glory is comparative and shifts to some other centre). People
do not care about Rome’s epic times (since they care more for something else
happening at that time) and after a millennium years, Rome is so called “discovered”
by Christians and they come to stay in villas and pruned landscape and have a
nostalgic feeling of the “great past” (when it was hated during the times of
establishment of Christian Empire around 300 ADE). This may also mean that
spaces get layered with meanings in continuity (complexity) or with erasures
and superimpositions of different meanings. If seen from historical perspective
of place, then we have a linear superimposition of meanings of cultures,
places, beliefs and so on and it may also indicate erasure and juxtaposition of
different meanings by different cultures. Either way – a meaning is a trigger
for manifestation of built forms or habitats.
We all work within
the scope of meanings. Something meaningless does not exist for us. Or meaninglessness
of a given space and time (past/ present/future) comes in
comparison to meanings defined in some other space and time. There
is a dynamics of past, present and future for a given moment and it would be
understood that the past is always changing with meanings and so is the future
and none of it is ‘false’. In that sense, nothing becomes dead – except for a
change of meanings!
Philosophically,
there is meaning to motion only because there is consciousness or an existence
of non motion absolute nature. In case one becomes consciousness, then all
motion will become meaningless (or only be felt as a potential).
Another take on the
whole thing of existence is – everything is an intent – either existing as
thought or feeling or body or action – it is only an intent, since we are only
perceiving. Intent stops when the absolute One is realized.
