Shree: Don’t distinguish
Shree: Don’t distinguish
I had written this before but
felt like saying it again – you never know how your intent is going to be
received by the other person no matter how careful you are. And it is the same
with life. This issue is with expectations from life and the compulsion of the
ego, which is what sets the momentum of creation. This requires a lot of
learning to just be present and relax despite any changes that may keep
happening and despite whatever the perceptions that form in our mind from
vibrations. We have no control - let us face this concept and let
it cause whatever pain it has to. Let it cause pain as long as it has to
cause. Let all things come and go and change. This will build trust and
love.
I am afraid, of course I am. I
know nothing of the future. I am afraid of being alone. And come to think of
it, there is really no reason why this feeling ought to remain or be generated
and why should we compartmentalize and discipline and be perfect all the time?!
This is ridiculous!
And if pain and trauma and fear
are natural feelings of being human, shouldn’t people make us learn to grow
beyond these feelings and empathize? The problem with modern times is that we
brush aside the negative feelings and only celebrate the good ones – that does
not happen! If there is good, there is bad too and goodness happens out of the
web of all feelings. The effort is to become steady which we will eventually. But
till such a time comes, it is obnoxious to assume that there will always be
peace and no fights!
Just as I do not distinguish
between two colours, I should not distinguish between any two feelings –
whatever they may be or generate or become. So I should not distinguish between
“anything” that comes and goes.
All is by God, so all is well.
Hari Om.
