Shree: Divinely Inspired
Shree,
Existence is from God – He is
there and His presence generates or creates or conceptualizes or acts or
manifests. The property of the medium is such that even if there is a minute
vibration, it will generate thoughts and a form. Therefore the medium has the
potential to keep “creating something” -
creation is the property of Being.
Another thought –
compartmentalizing the self from others does not work, since more does one
compartmentalize (control, plan, expect, execute, sequence etc.), more
suffocating it becomes and more distorted does the imagination become and more
eccentric does one’s behavior become. And then whatever one thinks, one assumes
it as the truth!
There is effort required to
become Truth that is beyond manifestations – that effort is of thought,
analysis and synthesizing all dimensions of human perception. There is a reason
why it takes time to define meaningful action, why impulses cannot be trusted,
why it is required to analyze, what position does analysis have, what position
trust has, what position does effort have. And this is a constant habit of
engagement one requires. Struggle is necessary for liberation and we can only
hope and trust that liberation would be achieved since it is the necessary
constitution of the Soul. We don’t really know where and how and why things
occur the way they do and we do not even know how we are made – this fact is
the singlemost aspect that learning is required – the true meaning of what
learning means that is.
Another thing that seems to
happen is more the control is expected, more is the anxiety that develops and
more is the dismissal of signals one does and more is the subletting of tasks
that ensures and more is the pingpong effect of action – either of urgent
resolution (desperation) or of endless procrastination. “I have to do something
else the world will collapse” – what an assumption we harbor!
This attitude of “doing something”
(for reasons Unknown or Divinely Inspired) is to be accepted with grace. We can
only say that we are required to act. And that is to be trusted for whatever fruits
those actions materialize.
Hari Om.
