Purpose and transcendence

Love grows as one becomes unconditional – not
concerned or bothered or attached to time and space. Space and time vibrate and
that causes movement which in turn relates to perception of many; change and
impermanence. Fundamental in all of this - is the expectation of attachment or
identification with motion and our perception of existence. What we call as
“our, your, mine” is actually just One.
The property of the medium of existence has three states
- based on one’s vibrations – either as Soul or force or matter. It depends on
what signals I generate and concentrate on. “I” is a point of existence
or of concentration. This “I” currently has treated motion as very real
for many lives and hence that is what I consider to be true and that is the
reason why I experience all vibrations of thoughts of all kinds and these in
turn generate “situations”. God is an intrinsic part of motion; however we do
not see God and we do not hear Him. God is not caught in space and time and is
beyond motion and hence perception. That does not mean that God is separate and
motion is separate – the state cannot be described in any way – either this or
that or both or none or starting from this and going to there or vice versa. Both
states are equally true – we only say that motion is of “lesser value” as
compared to consciousness. Thus, our tendencies, although not befitting the
realization of God, are still a valid start point to take us to
transcendence. From the form or motion of any kind, one comes to the state of
non motion. Motion takes us to non motion and by taking to either state it
means that both these states are possible to attend and they are not
compartmentalized or separated by a definite boundary – they depend on
our tendencies of perception.
Sant Dnyaneshwar suggests that as long as “I”
remain in motion, I will be compelled to act, to perform, to run, to vibrate,
to desire, to think, to feel, to do whatever it takes to complete a situation. In
other words, I “invent” a purpose for my actions and by this invention, there
is expectation and there is entanglement – and the cycle becomes endless.
This tendency of motion generates from vibrations which are deeply rooted in
our minds. The trigger for our behavior is not anything external, but located
internally at a very subtle level. Motion it seems has penetrated through and
through our minds in the form of vibrations. We have to reach to that subtle
level and go beyond that because that is where stillness is located.
To do this, one requires an approach of “yog”. By
doing this, there are simultaneous changes taking place in one’s perception –
external reality does not matter; external reality does not make any mark on
us; we are not the motion; there exists stillness in us; the entire
manifestation was only a dream; mind impressions are from many lives; fear and
control are aspects of the medium of motion; God is the only thing that is
entirely complete and is the only One and is unconditionally blissful; God is
supposed to be the only purpose in our lives.
