Core

311221: Shree

It is obvious that only consciousness exists and the phenomena that we perceive or sense and react to are of our own making; born from the intent or vibrations; leading to a human experience of fear and separation; and trying to solve the riddle through intellect, feelings and actions. There may be of course billion kinds of vibrations leading to billion kinds of forms and billion kinds of changing intents – all constituting space and time fabric.

We are concerned with what we experience as humans and what does perception mean. Frankly speaking, perception is all about being aware of something and giving it a form of “existence” – either motion or non motion. Generally, our perception is informed by so many things that our energies go wasted in fear and attachment – or in crude terms we are only entangled in creating and making noise of motion. By concentrating them at one point, they can then generate a profound reality of the subject of concentration – this becomes music. By further dissolving any subject itself (except the idea of consciousness), the form of consciousness is seen. There are several aspects ingrained in this:

1.       Concentration on a subject and bringing mind to one point – be it an activity or a thought or an idea or an image or breath or sound.

2.       This leads to the mind going to subtle layers of vibrations or that the vibration becomes steady of an intent - not getting deflected by any noise of uncertainty (not even ego).

3.       The vibrations go away and what remains is just consciousness.

As a method, devotion or concentrating without any egoistic purpose can reveal consciousness. As much as possible, concentrate, think of goodness, do goodness, express without any intent, surrender the personal will, accept, be empathetic, be unconditional always. All these actions are sure to make one consciousness. By dong all such actions, one is essentially concentrating on one’s divine aspects and making them manifest or be seen or heard or felt or perceived or realized. Our core is not motion/ distractions/ noise but pure consciousness.
