Shree: Bliss
290422: Shree: Bliss
Things are in a mess in “one room”. We believe that
by arranging the mess or taking it to another room and arranging it there will
“solve”” the problem. Three things are ingrained here –
A room is a situation. A situation is incomplete by
its nature because as a phenomenon, we have desires or vibrations and hence we
ourselves are incomplete (and for us therefore, any situation appears
incomplete). Thus we are compelled to keep improving the current situation.
This makes us fabricate “another room” or a
situation in our minds wherein we think that the problem will be solved provided
things fall into place based on our expectations and efforts. This fabrication
or imagination of “another room” (or another situation) also stems from
incompleteness of the “present” condition and hence a projection of some ideal
scenario. However the ideal scenario is always a road under construction and it
is never really reached, for any moment of our manifestation or existence is
perceived as incomplete. Thus we keep running in circles, never really going
anywhere without making any dent or progress towards consciousness. Secondly,
even if some manipulated conditions are created, they do not remain the same
and one is again forced to retain the manipulated parameters, which again causes
stress! The point is that “rest” is not guaranteed in the state of
manifestation. So why to retain and why to follow? Both approaches are not
needed. What will come, will go and what will remain, will stay.
The third point is about the “mess” itself - which
forces us to resolve it by continuously creating “situations”. The mess that we
believe is our own vibrations that create perceptions. These vibrations are
desires that lead to thoughts and then to bodies and then to attachments or
ego. Thus what we have retained is our ego without letting it go.
Thus, for us then, the issue is about vibrations
and what they create for us as reality. God is present in the “now”. I can
become God – but I must see Him or become Him in this instant without any
conditions. This takes practice because vibrations results in manifestation and
that is what is needed to be dissolved – our egos.
Many things are required to make this happen. In
thought – remembering God as the only One whose will creates the Universe. His
will encompasses our will and nothing in this world happens without His
presence. So trusting things as they happen and go becomes important. Since
manifestation has temporary value (changing), it should be learnt where our
value needs to be placed. Thoughts
create bondage with perception and reality – so what we think, we become. Hence
to dissolve thought is important. At least the thoughts that contain goodness
for the sake of goodness (beyond any motive) should be generated – these make
us God eventually. Acting non conditionally is important since to endorse
separation is to invite fear, dilemma and contradictions – these are apparent
creations of the mind. The mind is everything. The mind exists (as vibrations
eternally). The mind requires training to transform into God - vibrations.
This brings another vibration into forefront
nowadays – anxiety. Some of the things that contribute to heighten this feeling
are – faster pace of life, fragmentation of experiences, loss of focus, non
clarity about our meaning in life, fragmentation of self and running after
desires. The root cause of this is ego or attachment to survival and the
compulsion to make life “perfect”. This compulsion is from fear and that is
from desire, which again is from mind-body vibration. As said before, the
answer to peace does not lie in controlling any manifested situations at
whatever pace they are, in whichever context of space and time. The approach is
to silence the mind and to realize the One.
I have started to think that slow and steady and
focused approach regardless of whatever others may think, is highly important
in life. I may not control life and neither any pressure thereof. But the
control is in imagination – what I decide to believe and trust and this should
be independent of anything. Situation is not me neither the mind nor the body.
I simply exist as the One. Manifestation is a mere illusion – I am consciousness.
Any situation can be trusted as a perfect situation “to exist”. Then what
becomes of progress? Progress gets understood as a philosophical awakening and
realization of the soul, that bliss is unconditional to any imagination and bliss
exists in the “now”.
Of course not all of this happens overnight. Even though
these thoughts appear, they are to be retained, practiced and focused and made
a part of our core – till then there are distractions of the mind. We may
falter one day, may get hurt, may experience pain, but the trust of God should
not diminish, since He is the only reality and not us.
