Shree: Inner World

050922: Shree: Inner World

Shree is the best teacher!

stillness and making vibrations steady is what is required to become the One. The One is always there - we vibrate in some other frequency that makes us create and perceive "perception" (of self, situations, change, forces, forms, change, impermanence and so on). in order that the One is felt, all vibrations should focus only on the One - becoming Unconditional.

since we vibrate, we think and feel and make forms and perceive them too - which means things become visible to us and separated and see "many" forms that keep changing and keep remaining interdependent. "seeing" is a state of mind - either many or of the One.

In the same way, space and time can either become visible or become the One. the functions of our senses can take a "form" of motion or the senses can be directed to feel the One.

directed inwards is what is required - of senses, vibrations so that the "invisible" is seen.

hence invisibility, non movement, steadiness, blissfulness and dissolving all motions means to turn the gaze "inwards" and become the One. this is to go against the tide of the motion and hence it requires constant effort. in other words, this is also called renunciation of motion.

therefore as one becomes extroverted, notions get constructed, more separation occurs, more movement is felt, more emphasis on senses is stressed, more dependence is felt, more visibility is seen, more noise is felt and so on.

i think that the medium is always "One" and not many. this is so because even in the world of motion, things change and remain interdependent and cyclic. we cannot think separately of anything and our actions affect the universe and vice versa. it is a kind of an echo or a mirror. this is existence and we are only knowing the form of consciousness in different states. as one goes inwards, interdependence, conditions, change, visibility also exist but in different states or intensities.

hence go inwards, since it will reveal an inner world.
