for me, remaining engrossed in compartments also feels to avoid confrontation of any kind. it is a response to achieve control over emotions perhaps and the pain that has to be managed or expressed in a controlled way. we cannot avoid confrontation or hurt or debate or aggression. and perhaps talking things out is the only way to face it apart from doing things one likes to engage with without any expectations and remaining calm. by doing things calmly and peacefully, the effect may also spread to other parts of life in mysterious ways. it always does and so do effects of any vibrations that are generated within.

so what is it that you are generating? can you feel it and can you reach it? can you calm it? can you observe it?

therefore good engagement with space, time and activities should mean sharing, collective idea, continuous, fluid, calming, interconnected, compassionate, non judgmental and so on. this is a conscious effort since times are such that "automatically" such things do not materialize unless effort is taken.
