as stress goes deeper and deeper, it affects all things of creation. one refuses to engage or talk with the hope that compartments may manage the stress. one freezes on some start point or tries to "find a point or even define a point" which can be controlled in absolute sense. so one withdraws till one can reach an intangible nebulous point so it can be controlled. the search is of authentic point of control and that is where the problem may be situated.

there is no such thing as a "start point". things are "created" which means it is a phenomenon due to the presence of consciousness. the effect of this creation is that we are made and we do not perceive the Truth completely but only as motion and differences. all this is because of the property of Existence to "vibrate" as energy-matter duality and hence all is imagination (or a matter of creation).

why do we insist in holding onto "something" or even defining a fixed situation? i can see i have limitations about imagination and whatever comes from the vibrations will change and remains impermanent or evolving. stress is imagination and it is the imagination of ego. this can be dissolved.

this has a fundamental impact on space and time. i no longer have to prove who i am, what i am, where i am going, what i do and where and when and how under any circumstances. i am not defined by anything - not even through self perceptions. things change and surely they will or they have to. vibrations will come and go and even if we are able to only observe this phenomenon then we are at peace. i can do anything, paint, sing, run, sit, talk or not talk, say or listen and that is all there is to it. i can help him or her today or tomorrow or now or never using any tools whatsoever. i can think or not think and argue or not argue. all is coming from God.
