Overthinking is a problem.
We undertake thinking on two
fronts – the first one is when the “situation” is felt and a compulsion arises
to respond to a situation and then we think of pros and cons of the decisions
to be undertaken and that results in a “loop”. The second one is when the
outside situation is perfectly stable but “we” (internal world of thoughts) overthink
of issues and complexities and perceive a situation extremely taxing or
stressful. This means that there are no compartments as external and internal
and what one affects and informs and projects onto the other. While doing so
(projection) the perception changes in such a manner that it is always a work
of “imagination” that one perceives summarily and as a wavering pursuit and
variable phenomenon and dependent and fuild and not any absolute existence at
all! What is perception anyway? Is there anything outside (only) that makes a
reality – the answer is “no” since the inside vibrations construct a reality.
Is there anything “inside” (only) that makes a reality? – the answer is “no”
since it is formed from many outside factors and the phenomenon of body and
mind and vibrations. So there seems to be a continuous medium of vibrations
that generates “points” or a feeling of independent minds and bodies or forms. Since there occurs a feeling of independence,
there seems to be a feeling of separation which establishes a ;anguage f
connection of some kind.
There has to be a connection of
vibratons and forces while perceicing the self and anything else and these
vibrations themselves create the universe of change and forms.
Being steady means to not get
disturbed or identified by the overthinking mind or by the mind at all. There are
“layers” of mind (or of existence) and one goes from most gross to most subtle
and steady.
I am not defined by any variables
or systems. What I perceive and even the notion of “I” cannot define who I am
or what is my worth or how am I supposed to be evaluated. If there is no “I”,
is that a problem?! The generation or creation of motion or uiverse of forms is
linked with vibrations that also make “me”. Hence to dissolve the self means to
dissolve the universe or to go beyond the conditions and meaning set by motion.
This does not mean rejection – but to make “patterns” of life possible. I am
not defined by pressures or performances or formula or sequence or time or
space or relationship or any construct – none of them define me. This needs to
be reminded again and again to the self. The force that creates phenomena is of
God’s existence and not mine. That is the seed of becoming.
The fundamental pattern is of
trust in existence. I am already there without any vibrations. This requires to
be realized.
