Shree
Shree,
What happens
in the interior of the earth is 'not visible ' to people on the surface, but
the interior events inform the terrain of the crust above and the overall
environment. Just because we don't see the interiors, doesn't mean their
effects don't exist. Secondly, the interior movements show no signs of
stopping...they will erupt some day. The eruption may cause some apparent
destruction on the surface, but may also generate new life cycles, new
ecosystems and so on. So in this case, should we see an event of eruption as
destruction or only one of the events that triggers a change? Thirdly this
cycle is eternal - the relationship of the internal world of molten gases and
liquids to the hard crust on the surface.
Therefore
things exist in some state and they influence one another. They trigger changes
and although eruption (say of "anger" may seem destructive), it
triggers changes in our thoughts processes and hence once in a while
"anger" will and should erupt. Also what goes on internally (inside
us) has its own way of influencing the events in our visible phenomena and the
inner world will keep existing and influencing thoughts that rise "to the
surface" and create some action or visible movement.
All such
states exist and we can only observe the states as they exist, form, erupt,
influence and change things.
Things are the
way they are. And if this is the case, then am I any one of those events?
Hari Om.
