Shree: Change

010922: Shree: Change

many thoughts....

change can be seen in variety of ways and how we wish to respond to the same.

my father become hyper and angry despite all efforts we seem to take - him and us together. this led me to think (later on) that anger was self created by him based on his existential conditions of mind and body and our defense was also self created based on our mind and body vibrations. thus effectively each one acts according to his/her own vibrations (each one creates his/her reality) and there is no right or wrong in this and no need of any kind of control - things get expressed or perceived. this points to the character of motion or manifestation - constructs, change, interdependence, separation, vibrations, space and time. all of this also means that a form is only a self made construct and one is dealing or operating from vibrations (and not situations or forms) and if one goes beyond vibrations, then one IS consciousness.

i can think of "past" (as a construct which is self made story or picture based on vibrations) and future also in the same terms - meaning this is imaginary. but if one looks closely one will realize that past and future depends on the "present" which also therefore is imagined and not absolute! so the present gets imagined or constructed or identified with and based on this newly formed or evolving or changing relationship, past and future also keeps getting modified. we think that "present" is absolute and static - whereas it is always changing, fluid and self constructed and therefore can be subjected to change as per our efforts. whatever the situation of thoughts or feelings or action - it still remains a construct.

this therefore means that there is no need to base our inferences of pain and pleasure on changing vibrations. we need not be conditional about anything - what is in store, what comes, what goes and so on. this means acceptance needs to be developed as a vibration.

this also means that peaceful vibrations or stillness or calmness can be developed with efforts and irrespective of change.

Since Existence causes certain feelings, the nature of existence produces feelings or mood. Thus if i become One, then i attain bliss.

Shree

310822: Shree

Seeking the purpose of intent of self or the other (when in motion) leads to interpretations, analysis and judgments and evaluations and some sort of synthesis – pain or pleasure or any other emotion. These feelings keep on changing and hence there appears no stability or rest. We seek permanent Bliss but we rely on vibrations that make up situations or people or objects and create perceptions of change or temporariness or transformation or vibration. This causes “fear” and to respond or defend ourselves from this feeling, we act on external situations to control fear or change. Feeling is internal – depends on the state of mind that one creates or vibrates in. Feeling or vibrations create the external changing, interdependent reality – so how can control over external things make one happy or blissful? A thing is an imagination and is changing – what sort of control are we expecting anyway?!

There are two aspects to this. One is that any manifestation or motion that is referred also has a psychological, force and vibration dimensions – that it contains thoughts and feelings (which we call summarily as vibrations). Working on senses or any visual perception is bound to alter us psychologically as well and generate corresponding feelings. Any change is going to be resisted by the intellect and hence struggle for going to a state of unconditional existence will be encountered throughout the process.

The fear is internal and perception of motion is also internal that generates us or engages us in some external manifestation of forms. Forms are no different from our vibrations – they are all the same.

For us, we need to remember God as much as often in all things we do and at all moments. This means to go beyond all perception based inferences that the mind generates.

Closer home it means to drop all judgments, evaluations, decoding of intents, compulsions of control, hyperness to get answers, to treat the self as a problem, to think one is separated from others and so on.

It is to accept each moment as it comes and goes, since all movements of all kinds at all scales are essentially about the One and hence they are relative. We are of motion and hence we see movements and differentiation, else there isn’t. The start point of remembering need not be dependent on anything of motion. I want to remember God and that is all there is to it. Just as existence Is; so is God and so is motion. Any aspect of motion only is – no justification needed. All is a dimension of existence. No one knows why we perceive things in this manner and from when and where and till what point. It is a given. And so is God – He is a given.

Rest in His remembrance.

Shree: Intellect

Shree: Intellect

A lot is criticized about the intellect and it is understood that no amount of focusing on a particular start point is going to lead to result. things are cyclic - anything for that matter and is full of movement. No thing is 'dead' in itself and it changes. Hence here the intellect has a limitation of focus.

yet, it is precisely this ability that it can focus on the vibration to an extent that it becomes "still" and consciousness is therefore revealed as an inner absolute reality. the point is that intellect cannot and should not defend itself as an independent force - it should realize that it is a subset of consciousness and hence can choose to focus on things that matter. it can show the way and it can remain steady and persistent in its commitment. it can reveal the world of consciousness by deciding to remain focused.

as an individual, a certain combination of feelings and intellect exists in me (as forces) and that lead me to perceive existence in some ways. this combination reveals some path and creates a pattern and creates associations with situations in unique ways. all is ok then. i may feel somewhat different from the rest and this is all fine too. in what manner choice is made considering the variables and what materializes is all ok and part and parcel of happy acceptance.

thus past, future, relationships get created and that is all ok - they are relative in character, develop certain perception and tell us something about existence. accept this. accept the changing and the incomplete nature of perception and of conditions to be transcended. accept perceptions with all its variety of forms and forces and change and states of existences.

become Blissful.

Shree: mindscape, idea diagrams and architecture

Shree: mindscape, idea diagrams and architecture

Every movement and every theory in academics is representation of a state of mindscape of the society. it may get expressed as an idea diagram that involves time, space, generations, geography, history or culture, climate, activities, change, interdependence, continuity and its expression. previously, probably before industrial times, this process may have been intrinsic or unconsciously done. since the basic experience of mind is integrated with the whole, probably the change of forms or processes may have been seen or felt as transient as compared to the absolute potential that initiates this change. so where is individual memory here and what seems to be the rate of change here?   the stamp of individuality seems blurred or may not be there at all and perhaps all things may have add a spiritual or cosmic or mythical dimension. the physical change then means nothing and change perhaps is seen cyclic or as a repeated or a spiral pattern so one knows one's existential position in the web of life. Indigenous, vernacular and pre industrial architecture falls in this domain.

post industrial architecture, modernity, post modernity seems to deal with the rupture of this relationship and focus on the "individual". perhaps "individual" itself means rupturing from surrounding fabric and i have a feeling that this has occurred. this rupturing happens by sharpening of logic, intellect, analysis and increases production, speed of anything. this has reflected onto increase in documentation, and criticalness of everything and a severe sense of self doubt and craze for perfection and ironing out differences. memory is individually created, there seems to be minimal sharing and associated feelings of timelessness and placelessness occurs. in short, an identity crisis. and its reflection as surveillance, AI, control, critique, self doubt, increased documentation and so on.

there is a sense of "loss" with increase in the rate of change (self created) and the effort is to salvage this loss. this has reached its apex in contemporary times and there seems to be enormous confusion and loss as to hold on  to some guiding post for an anchor. this is the fractured state of mindscape in today's times. this is an irony of so called definition of progress. it is a painful experience since it reveals, again, a full return to the fundamental issues of what makes an anchored experience?

there is no easy answer for this dilemma - since the dilemma is internal and not external. the damage that is done, is too deep (as we realize it now) and hence the approach is to consider the inner world and not the external world.

Hari Om.

Shree: Perception

300822: Shree: Perception

perception also means awareness of existence. the quality of awareness can change based on how we mould our mind - it can go to Godliness or Divinity or perceive visibility and changing "forms" and "many". the fact that i perceive motion is an indication of what state of mind i harbour currently. i am vibrating at the moment and these create forces and forms and hence leads to visibility of creation or motion or dependence or change and fundamentally - separation from others. "separation" is a state of mind (an illusion) and hence i can "see" or "hear" or "smell" or "taste" something which is separated from myself. therefore the relevance of "senses" comes into the picture if i entertain their existence and let thoughts be informed by them. all of the motion that i perceive "enters" or informs the mind (or the awareness) through senses currently. and therefore actions seem to be governed by what is perceived. this brings in the aspect of "memory"  - something that one chooses to "remember" and one is currently remembering and endorsing the relationship of senses to thoughts to perceptions  - and this too is not of only this life - but of all other previous lives - so deep rooted may be the impressions  imprinted on the mind.

this need not be the case always. by practicing, one understands the above relationship more clear and decides to take certain steps to renounce this limited relationship and expand the awareness to become the One. this is a process and may take time (time again is a relative concept). even if the above relationship, as is stated, appears quite linear or sequential, it may not be a matter of start or end point or where and how one should begin. this is true for all dimensions of life - in motion all things are interconnected and hence to treat any kind of a start point as absolute yields limited results. that start point may be a vibration or an experience or a situation or a person or words or anything - it is bound to change and it remains interdependent, hence incomplete (as a memory or something to be acted upon).

therefore what are we looking at currently?! action beginning  on some point is important as long as we perceive motion. however it is also a matter of trust - meaning many things beyond our perception or intended action materialize and for this the One is required to be trusted and remembered. In what way things materialize and happen for us is not known and need not be complained about, since all is Him and His intent works.

finally the above awareness takes a unique character and form for each person (or vibration or tendency or mindscape). the point is to become calm despite whatever uniqueness gets perceived by us and whatever "mood" gets created by this awareness.

290822: Shree

290822: Shree

one needs to become steady in vibrations that generate certain thoughts and then compel us to perceive forces and forms in certain ways. consciousness and all of existence is alive - this means there is potential of creation (vibrations and change) and since this is default, reminding oneself of the potential of Existence is important - else we drift. this probably means defining a believable conscious routine, conscious thoughts and conscious action. all things can be considered as coming from the depth of Existence which is the Absolute One.

we live in a state of existence that makes us vibrate and perceive many forms and all of these forms appear different for us. these forms get created, they change, they are interdependent (and this equation also includes us). so is the case with us - any construct is inter dependable, changing and also notions of past and future. all things change and this is a property of Existence (in motion) and hence there is no need to be frightened about change - since all is 'me'; all is the One and all roads come from and go to the One.

whatever i do, in whatever sequence, by any impulse - is the One. His presence makes all things possible; all states possible; all motions possible; all creations possible. I am from Him and hence i can become Him again. Hence there is no need to resist anything or hold on to particular construct or mind or body or example or hypothesis or past or future or impressions as "separate" entities and something which is absolutely valid at all costs....accepting change makes us realize the absolute potential behind all motions. Why, how, when, where things occur is all Him.

definition of myself is not dependent on situations or past or future or any sequence or any urges or expectations or so on. Bliss can be a reality in "here and now" and that has got nothing to do with motion. It has got to do with our realization of Bliss. what people do or say or think is again connected with overall Existence - not about they or me as separate entities.

in this way, each and every moment can be alive and delightful - since there need not to have any conditions of living or survival.

All is God and this is to be realized.

Hari  Om.

Shree: Faith

Shree: Faith

Is the way to the Truth by words or by intellect alone? Not necessarily. To become Silent and Blissful, analysis is not important – what is important is focus and faith. Focus and faith can make one universal and compassionate – it is not only the prerogative of the intellect I believe. It can be through action or through feelings as well or a combination thereof. Focus finally means non vibration, wherein the movement itself is transcended. Movement occurs when separation is felt or believed in or attachment to mind and body exists.

Now the mind can become personal or become expansive enough to go beyond limitations of motion. This capacity one has – or the human mind has. Since it can expand – such states of existences do exist and the absolute state of existence, from where everything comes and is perceived, also is true. We need to make God as the focus not our mind or body or anything these perceive. This means shedding the baggage and trusting goodness over everything else. Shedding the baggage means to make vibrations still. And this needs to be reminded – since the default action of the mind is to cling to something and make it “alive” and keep vibrating and sequencing and creating. Whatever we feel, is coming from the reality of existence and whatever we perceive is changeable and a construct and relative. So even if things are real, they can be dissolved or transcended.

Peace and Bliss are true irrespective of any situation and this can be attained. Hope and love and compassion are real and not some imagined things dependent on motion or forms or forces or people. These qualities are in us – Godliness.

The entire history of humanity expresses this idea of faith – else we wouldn’t have been here in this state. The entire history of architecture also expresses this fact.

260822: Shree

 260822: Shree

One is a Being. one is Existence as non motion and motion. motion cannot be felt unless non motion or consciousness exists. all perceptions and movements are a state of mind and they are perceived but may not be actually ""out there".

in fact there is nothing such as out there and in there. there is nothing in or out - all is only One Existence. many is an illusion and so is motion and many things it makes us or compels us to believe. belief is an action and so is thought and so is feelings and they make or generate some motion and some perception.

we need to become calm within. calmness and silence or bliss does not depend on anything and this word "dependence" is also a problem, because our mind sees non condition as a requirement or a condition! or it reads "does not depend" as a formula or something to be aspired to solve the riddle!! because the problem lies in dependence and change or motion, therefore one should become "opposite" of all that is implied - maybe an intellectual understanding but is yet not a formula!

hence we are in a fundamental "loop" of things....Reality cannot be said as a formula to be applied even if it is intellectually put forward or verbalized and perhaps that is the issue with the intellectual perception. Intellect sees everything as a sequence, and hence solveable or problematised or rectified or pinpointed to space and time.

Existence is beyond this perception. So why, where, how, when are inquiries by inspiration and wonder. this also means that all logics of start point, end point, change, self, other, many, relationships, time, compulsions, expectations required to be dissolved/ suspended/ outgrown and so on. this also means that vibrations are wavering and they cause intellect to consider these things for analysis.

so relax. do not blame it on yourself and enjoy the aspect of Existence. by doubting or considering dilemma or contradictions or anything, things are not solved, they are only changed. incompleteness, impermanence is seen as a problem by intellect but is an "inspiration" for the Soul.

Shree: Logic/ deconstruction/ philosophy

250822: Shree: Logic/ deconstruction/ philosophy

logic has limitations in terms of forcing one to see everything as a constructed sequence and hence expectations, definition of self and therefore what should be due and not due to the self. this is a trap - since it refuses to see the existential reality of many, change, interdependence, and forces, vibrations and the soul. it refuses to consider the importance of things manifesting as they are (or letting things be as they are - as forms, forces, experiences, situations, people) and one is faced with a sense of "loss" of change or why feelings erupt in a certain manner of how tendencies need to be controlled and so on. the inquiry is proposed by the intellect and not by Bliss or Feelings by themselves.

letting things be is a huge relaxation to the self and the self need not define its worth or lay any conditions for its own sustenance - there need not be any force or any urge or any compulsion for anything since the definition of existence starts from the Soul (and not from motion or things or self). this turns logic upside down. i have a feeling that movements such as deconstruction are efforts to topple logic upside down - but there is a heavy emphasis on sequence that starts from "visual" and taking these signals to challenge logical thinking. this only means that a new language for logical thinking is proposed - more of displacement and change of "order" or change of perception - but starting from visual. this again is an approach that seems to start with "outside" reality and coming to "inner reality" (again logical sequence!!).

philosophy considers the "inner reality" as the starting point (as a Soul) and then brings this reality "outside" when one is perceiving things - hence things do not remain different but they become expression of Divine. The effort expected of the individual is to dive deep into oneself so this Divinity is realized. hence philosophy already recognizes that intellect or logic is a tiny subset of existential reality and we need not identify existence with logic or intellectual approach or pursuit. this is a different way of so called understanding the situation (i do not think the situation is regarded as a problem).

the pitfall of logic is so much that it finally considers the "self" as a problem and all ideas of delight then get thrown out of the window! how the hell can one sequence or iron out the self constructed ambiguous terrain?!! how ridiculous is this expectation and how much self inflicted pain that is sure to cause!

so delight is more than time crunch, sequence, logic, you, me, visible and so on. why not bring this attitude or the correct word is "realize" this attitude in living and design?

logic considers something to be brought, dissected, reviewed, sequenced - so as to create an impact that can again be evaluated. so deterministic is this assumption as a "magic wand" and a top down approach! logic considers that all existence and all moods can also be defined and endorsed in that manner! How frightening and awfully incomplete!

i talk a lot inside myself and when i become detached i realize that i am trying to "fix" myself and so called become "complete"! is this even required? this is a sure assumption of defining a self worth and based on vibrations or mind or body or motion or relationships or change - one is constantly at a stupid exercise of "correcting" something - situation or people or situation or the self! it is not going to lead to Bliss. Modernity (as per psychologists) have made so many compartments of lifestyle, that we have terribly fragmented ourselves ad if we even need to realize where is this attitude coming from then it is based on unrelenting belief in logic as the ultimate source of enlightenment. philosophy, phenomenology talk of alternative ways of "living" or experiencing reality.

therefore, be engaged and trust that everything, every instant happens for good - the manner of conversing with people, what they say, what you do, what things happen when and how and why - all is from divine Source of Existence. "Why, how, where, when" is an aspect of Divinity and NOT merely logic.

At least enhancing this realization can make one calm.

Shree: Review of situation

240822: Shree: Review of situation

many thoughts for today. words and actions only need to be observed of self and others with tranquility. there are many vibrations and intents that make a situation - beyond the visible motion that we perceive - indeed our intellect creates a barrier of complete perception. so one has to wait, observe and be patient. "sequence" of vibrations lead to perception of forces and forms and feelings. we create i; generate it and there is no absoluteness to anything that is constructed. so any negative feelings are not required.

secondly all things happen by the One. All things. we only know a part of it - also coloured by what we believe to be true. all feelings are constructs based on our perception and it is all ok. but one need not identify with changes. conditions or vibrations will compel us to respond and in this response the entire Truth of Existence is contained. Existence is alive and we are already here and inherently blissful as consciousness. We are from consciousness so the search is to realize this state of Existence. In this realization, changes, events, situations, self, vibrations are required to melt. melting means to connect with Absoluteness of Existence - even prior to motion or space-time.

any situation of non action or of action is incomplete (or full of thoughts and cycles and changes and dependence) - the same is applicable for understanding self or other or anything or anybody. thus this creates cycles of dependence and expectations. learning means to transcend these conditions and to realize that all differences are the One. I may have any amount of trouble - act on it and trust God for anything that happens. He knows the best.

Believe that such realization will definitely occur if persistence and patience is kept. in between whatever we do, in whatever intent, God is to be credited and not our efforts.

Focus on all things and become calm. You are the One, so you are invisible!

Hari Om.

Shree

230822: Shree

today morning was the day in which i was thinking what seems to be happening as existence? is a solution possible, is solution required and how to define a solution? some thoughts that were created

there is no need to fear doubt (or one has to accept doubt as a part and parcel of inquiry of the Truth) - doubt will last as long as vibrations and perceptions exist for us. despite whatever the doubt, one should persist and stay committed to pure, good action and trust God for goodness.

one may take all efforts in planning things - these may materialize based on many other factors and efforts undertaken and by presence of consciousness. so patience holds the key to all things in life apart from persistence. many things contribute to shaping a situation - so it is better to NOT judge things by self, or sequence or response of motion but keep on trying.

our actions and existence and perception will create scenarios (constructed or real) and we will be made to pass through them. this passing through will mean pain among many things and the effort to forgive and let go. hence trust again becomes vital to develop stillness of the mind.

despite whatever efforts undertaken for reviewing, thinking and doing, a certain idea of destiny still unfolds for us - forcing us to inquire about choice and consciousness and vibrations and non motion. despite this debate or internal discussion, things continue to happen and knowing the Truth is no guarantee for finding solutions - rather it is about transformation, which can mean anything and certainly beyond logical expression. so trust is crucial to pursue action. also what happens, is always for the good despite whatever we may assume otherwise. i think the idea os to become still and become God despite the pesky million issues one perceives everyday.

this brings me to say that so many things we think, imagine and do as per vibrations and the logic that it generates - from planning to action to expectations and the feelings that ought to get generated - as a sort of a planned effort. the constant review may cause certain amount of discomfort and we will feel like throwing everything out of the wind.

as we go through this journey, we should definitely "relax" and watch this play of dilemma and contradictions and urges and trials and faith and trust.

the trust will make us pass through all this journey without getting disturbed and becoming still.

indeed stillness of the mind is a matter of discovery and realization and its transformation from motion to consciousness.

Shree: Acting from Beyond

210822: Shree: Acting from Beyond

Remembering God is to express one’s true nature of existence. This can happen through vibrations, thoughts and actions – all aligned. Now alignment is something that develops gradually; may not be felt linearly; may take time; may happen by unexpected situations. In what ways are we compelled by ego or identification with motion is unknown – or sometimes beyond grasp of visible intellect. And hence, practice of remembrance becomes important, since this practice transforms the person beyond his applied imagination. This sentence talks of trust – that transformation takes place and some of these steps are accidental or cannot be predicted or planned or do not seem to be tangible.

As is with philosophy, so is with anything about existence. Logic has a role of discipline but beyond that, the nature of existence brings about transformation. We may think that our impact of action can be clearly defined and can have a logical prediction, but many things happen beyond that. In the same way, when things come to us for perceiving and responding, they come from many effects beyond the tangible intellect.

Obviously the question is if everything could be governed by intellect, then what was there to fear or keep engaged with? The riddle could be solved in a definite period of time. This, however, as we known is not the case so there seems to be some phenomenon beyond our grasp that makes things happen and we perceive only a part of it depending on our mental capacity.

Secondly knowing this, we are compelled to keep ourselves engaged in planning, predicting, imagining, defending and so on. So we are always in a state of non rest and in turmoil.

So the approach to see this – is to make the mind still so that situations are seen as our own constructs and these therefore can be dissolved (or do not create any entanglement).

Unchaining oneself is to become unconditional, which means to become the One or non motion or renounce all conditions – which means to go beyond everything. Generally, renouncement may seem like suppressing everything – but it is actually to go beyond the constructed layers of mind and body. So thinking, feeling, acting through universal value is our aim and not through our mind or body.

Shree: Bliss

200822: Shree: Bliss

existence and doing good or divinity is unconditional to space and time. Pure being, goodness, values, pure action is beyond motion - it reaches God directly. this needs to be reminded. whatever we think - good or bad is conditioned in motion as a sequence; as change; as control; as expectation; as vibrations; as desires; as planning; as past and future.

one may think of it as a compulsion to control or let things be as they are. when we say "things", i mean forms or visible manifestations that have vibrated in consciousness and have come to be perceived by us - we too have been formed in that manner. hence all is a vibration in consciousness that is perceived either as force or form - but essentially the One.

why does this happen? are you really concerned about the answer? well, it just IS. existence IS. bliss IS. Consciousness IS. manifestation IS, as long as we perceive things. things are not perceived (and do not therefore exist) by themselves - they are perceived in the medium of motion; change; interdependence; variables. many events make perception or motion possible. i am saying "possible" (as a potential or creation or change or variables). in short it is all in the mind. and mind is motion. vibrations can be made still or dissolved to reveal consciousness. or in other words, consciousness means having zero vibrations and hence becoming unconditional and timeless and having universal memory of absolute potential to be.

the learning is that it was never about you or me! It is always about being in a state of bliss.

Hari Om.

Shree: Order

190822: Shree: Order

Order is a visible form of potential. Consciousness is potential, that vibrates, creates a sequence, converts or becomes force and then matter. This “conversion” perhaps is a sequence of vibrations or a build up to become visible, dependent, changing, full of motion and perceptional. When consciousness becomes visible, an order is perceived. Or intent + conditions make for an order – a gateway for consciousness to express. Thus motion can be said to represent an ordered form of consciousness, which gets perceived; is made visible; has a space-time dimension and hence displays all properties of change and scale and proportion and feelings. Thoughts are nebulous or floating – the order is what makes the thoughts take a tangible form of space and form (architecturally). Here it should be noted that space in architecture and that in philosophy is different. Architecturally it is perceived as a medium that gets defined by a form but whose origin starts in the mindscape and perhaps even beyond. Philosophically, space is a form of manifestation of consciousness and hence consciousness comes before space.

In philosophy, the individual or space has already manifested from consciousness and hence the action of architecture starts well after manifestation has happened (or only takes place in the world of motion). If one becomes philosophical, then there exists no need for an architecture (since there may not exist any need for manifesting space either!).

Motion is important – in the sense that it is a gateway to take us to pure absolute potential. Order therefore, is important and we cannot keep a meandering mindscape since that will not lead us anywhere in terms of mindscape evolution. Hence order may be seen as an effort to take us or touch us to a Divine dimension. The Divine can only be seen or felt through Order.

The next question comes is how does Order get established with the intent of going beyond? Order is intrinsic in space and time – expressed in words, language, poem or art, architecture, people, thinking, feelings, situations and so on. Hence what we think and how and how we choose to express ourselves defines an Order and its intent – either of entanglement or of liberation.

All may be an illusion, but one is yet required to work on it to go beyond.

Hari Om.

Shree: doing good

190822: Shree: doing good

the inquiry is how to get engaged with motion so as to take us to consciousness? i feel that regardless of any situation that is perceived (which depends on our vibrations or imagination); we need to become optimistic, patient, trusting and focused.

what is in our hands as a matter of "change" - a fundamental property of motion? situations, events, people, tendencies, past, future, present, imagination, pace, space and time are all interdependent and changing. this is our imagination - or a form of expression of consciousness. the purpose of controlling change or restrict the same or finding a solution is limited - since motion will mean change at whatever cost. if our feelings or well being become dependent on change then that will surely cause pain. guilt, frustrations and so on are an output of this position. yet this is to be seen as a learning experience and not something to run away from. many times we may tend to run away or be falsely engaged in those activities or thoughts that suppress pain or inexpressible feelings or something which cannot be controlled or something that may challenge our perception of mind and body - let this state pass through you - it is very important to experience this. by running around and being busy and not giving time to people or events or change of any kind; we are doing harm to ourselves, since we fragment ourselves still further.

the approach needs shifting to values and divinity. only the One is and not many. so develop silence, calmness and stillness of the mind. trust that everything happens for good - trust that One is always there. all motions indicate the One so whatever we do or think or go or act or give - is for Him. all motions are His expressions and therefore the pain is from Him for us to learn something. Every change is to be accepted without any doubt and so is your own potential. every perception is acceptable and the effort is all mine to convert it into the One.

this means that always do good that is beyond logics or conditions of situations or tendencies or events or space or time. do good and leave it there. it will find a way somewhere and result in goodness. by doing good; one becomes or transforms into goodness. the action is of transformation and not the "other". how does good express itself? through work or thoughts or feelings or time or space or talk or support or upliftment or time management or clarity or consideration. believe that good is being done for God. in any case, we vibrate and all things reach God  from fear to love. So what would you like to do?

Hari Om.

Shree: let things be

Shree: let things be

i dream of slowing down and relaxing and letting things be as they are. let things change; let words be said; let thoughts be expressed; let pace be felt; let space and time be perceived; let existence be felt. let there be sun, wind, rain, smell, grass, kittens, trees, birds, blue, silence, evening, sunset, balcony, tea, chair, warmth, rice, thirst, walk, smile, talk, handshake, hug, sweater, vapours, bell, echo, chirping and many other things.

let things be slow. let the tempo be slow. let me be me. let there be feelings. let there be a connect. let things just be.

Shree: memory

180822: Shree: memory

memory is a dimension of existence. by existence i mean consciousness and its expression as some form of motion. motion is interdependent, changing, perceptional, visible, variable, untrue or impermanent, space-time. Consciousness is beyond all this and is the One.

what i see as existence is an expression of memory - that of vibrations that make or perceive something visible with its intent and its relation with my existence. therefore vibrations that form a memory are a measure of existence. memory can also be about consciousness wherein the movement or vibrations are required to be "still" and no variable is required to be created.

memory is a potential to become and attract certain signals and express certain signals. this can be spoken from the point of reality wherein we operate or from the point of view of what we can do about the reality which is already there and for us, which can be the subject matter of concern today.

we, being consciousness, express the potential of memory. this memory can be anything and take any form. all this means that the control of all thoughts (or vibrations) is upto us. we can choose to be a victim of motion or be in control of motion and become consciousness.

to talk of understanding motion, we find that there exists many influences of vibrations deep inside us that make us perceive some change - or lead to situations, events, people, character and so on. this is imagination and how it affects us. we also come to know that the world seems "round" and logic goes on in loops and tries to resolve variables, which themselves stem from vibrations or desires. this generates fear, separation, many and resignation. we plan and we realize that planning of space and time can take us to a certain point of progress but after that we are stuck. we look for causes or causal events and this again generates roundness and motion.

knowing this, we can still choose to develop patience, compassion and trust in  this world of motion and realize that motion need not disturb us or we need not identify with any kind of change or motion or perception or visibility. this is practice of mindscape to go beyond. so we have to keep focusing on things we believe and larger than us or larger than the individual mind and body and reach to a value. by concentrating on the value, we become the One. The One is a value of existence - unconditional.

we operate at these two levels of existence. all is about doubting, responding, accepting, hoping, concentrating and trusting.

Shree: brave times

170822: Shree: brave times

currently my thoughts meander to realize how much little control we have towards our perception - vibrations, tendencies, character, dependence, conditions, emotions, situations, relationships, security, change and so on. it is inevitable that things will change, since we ourselves are the change. we are variables and by being visible and seeing everything as a form or a force - we remain conditional in our thinking and actions. we fear death and we try to hold on to things - that are never permanent. by definition, variables mean a change and this is the thing - change means potential to express into anything - as whatever imagination we think. a human perception is imagination too that depends or is informed by vibrations.

now the point is  - how long and how much do we let ourselves be defined by vibrations that result into some kind of perception? things, as they say, are dead in themselves (they do not exist) - we give certain life to them and make them real. since all of space and time is existing as divine force - it is only a form of expression. what is considered as death - is only a transformation of vibrations of one mind + body into another (or change in the state of existence).

so all is only the One - there is no "other" form or force or vibration except for what we create as One medium and which we currently perceive as people, situations, environment, geography, universe, motion and so on.

current times create confusion and fragmentation of the mind. serious doubt as to what one sets out to do and serious issues of speed and rate of change and role of memory and emotional anchor. it is an indication of existential mindscape. how to exist may perhaps might be a redundant inquiry if "pause" (as a notion) is forgotten from consciousness and by forgoing this notion, we might terribly miss a lot of things that should matter to human beings.

the way to manage this is through: patience, that all will be good and trusting goodness. secondly to focus on things that matter and try out those things for those values. thirdly to forgive and move on. Fourth to express gratitude. Fifth to remember God always.

Shree: Focus

Shree: Focus

The mobile device has many applications. The applications that you do not need are required to be deleted, so you remain focused on selected applications. Focus therefore has two components – selection of one object and discarding the rest.

In the same way, the mind may be considered as a set of variables (applications) – identify with one variable – it will open up a world of its own and take you to other variables and the cycle keeps on continuing. This is fluidity of thought – changeability; interdependence; vibrations. Overall, this distracts us from appropriate living that makes us realize Godliness in ourselves.

The efficiency of the mind can be increased by concentrating or focusing on only the main variables and discarding the rest. The next step is to focus on just one variable and keep on doing it till the variable itself dissolves. This is called as stillness of vibrations and realizing God.

Why is this important? Variables mean change and our identification with mind and body. Secondly variables induce fear and separation. We do not seem to think straight and simple. We hide behind ego and we defend and evaluate everything. We run from ourselves or from vibrations. All this is detrimental. We may not know what is right for us unless we start to focus on God.

God and divinity is always there even if we do not know it or cannot sense it – since God is beyond all senses or visible manifestation or movement. In order that we sense God’s presence, we should become the One. This is philosophy.

In our daily basis we ought to hear, only listen and observe. This approach is different from intellect. Listening, observing, empathy, love and stillness are number one qualities in modern life. This approach of values is far beyond forms and forces and perhaps even vibrations. Many times in the thick of things and change and planning and ego, we do not even acknowledge time or space or people or situations with all their vibrations – be they pain or messiness or chaos or happiness. That is not done.

We should develop the ability of becoming calm and taking everything as it comes. Things create; things happen; things come and go and we should remain still. We are not any of this noise. What we are; we are. What we have; we have. What will come, will go. What happens; happens. What changes, would change.

There is not a moment where existence is not there. It is there in the form of motion or non motion. Perhaps it is not even a matter of “or” – but a matter of focus; a matter of being.

Shree: feelings and me

 Shree: feelings and me

we are already divine and everything is divinity. how things happen in terms of words, language, behaviour, analysis, events, situation is beyond comprehension - a combination of variables, interdependence and consciousness. we may not understand anything about it and may get some sense afterwards. we may least expect things to happen in some ways or these may happen in ways beyond our imagination - but they happen. do we or should we then analyze what happens? it is always better to pause, step back, focus and have loads of patience for everything and forgive. fact is even we are not the absolute reality, coming from God, so all that happens is by God's will. we may have serious doubt about our intentions, which is fine and acceptable and perhaps about being human but one must keep trusting God for everything regardless of any kind of change that happens surrounding us or within us. all is good, regardless one knows it or not. this is a step by step realization and we will get to that feel of bliss, but patience is a must.

for me, i am always concerned with feelings and the accurate manner in which they need to be communicated. communication can be looked at as silence and simplicity or verbosity + complexity. having words is no guarantee that one is understood. to understand is to understand and empathise with the known and the unknown and the ambiguity that results from it. although ambiguity is a word, it means the generation of feelings that do not seem to have a straight forward, immediate reason to erupt. pain, bliss, empathy, compassion, resignation fall into those categories. explaining long term feelings and understanding them and empathising them requires mind preparation. i desire that the self talk gets expressed so i perhaps get a hold of the feelings. this seems to be an internal gaze and that is ok to be expressed in many ways; that i may be misunderstood; may not be able to communicate although i know what is going to happen; may not be patient enough to decode people's feelings; may want change to happen but the change may appear at some other dimension altogether. whatever i am, and whatever change happens - is always for the good. trust it.

at times, i long for expressing these feelings and an analytical answer is too short an explanation for assisting in expressing them. i may be misunderstood terribly for this and for years i was on a low esteem. quick answers, short answers, aggression, proof, evaluation, judgment is not my forte and i am nobody to blame anybody who seem to be short sighted. all comes from God, so all is relative, just as a position i seem to support. yet, this position (as a dimension of motion) is valid too and may give me the peace  - in what way, when, how, where, is something to trust God for the same.

Shree

 150822: Shree

as one's gaze expands to more number of variables, more interdependence, conditions, complexity is felt - more stress therefore. intellectually one gets entangled in this "mess" and if philosophy is seen as a variable, then that too is also problematic. we are not looking for comprehensiveness (addition of all variables) or decoding (all to none) or any purpose here. we are only observing and nothing else. we are becoming the One and only Existing.

in today's times, both the above processes seem to have accelerated inducing various effects on people. the issue of the mind was perennial and the same concerns were there since the beginning - except the context differs and the rate of change. we have to accept that an addition of one more variable does not make one peaceful - the word "variable" itself denotes a property of existence  - change, vibration, interdependence, conditional. this can also be seen as a potential or of manifestation or of creation. this property is basic building block in the minutest particle to the grandest of scales. so despite our effort to go micro or macro - variables and change will still exist.

how does one therefore become blissful? answer seems to go beyond or to make vibrations still. Stillness means wholesomeness, means no change, means unconditional, means no manifestation, means infinite, means the One.

we need not fear anything at all. we are here and we are divine.

we may not know answers to anything and that too is an illusion. we are knowledge and we are absolute but we are yet to realize this fact. in conversations, it is important to stay calm despite whatever gets bombarded. conversation does not mean one needs to justify or defend or compare or feel idiotic or take the blame or resort to solutions or give solutions or evaluate or think of time or space or context or be apprehensive or unworthy or anything. same is true for all manifestations.

now what this means is something to be discovered.

Shree: A question

Shree: A question

There are days of times when introspection continues or one is engaged in this activity and at other times, one may be engaged with action. Introspection helps and so does philosophy. It may help at that very instant (which is ideal) or it may help retrospectively or in the future or while analyzing situations later on. The ideal way is to exist as One at the given moment but even if philosophy helps one at other moments or in difficult and happy times, then that is also nice. Hence this habit of introspecting should not remain suspended.

Philosophy is about systematizing certain perceptions or perhaps transforming them into the One or even dissolving vibrations or renouncing motion or focusing on being unconditional – all is the same but it has all these layers. Perhaps we are aware that only a human being is given this gift of reflexive thought and this gift requires acknowledgment.

Ideally again, philosophy is about unconditional loving and being at peace with everything. This is a process and some of the steps involved is at least of accepting variations, dilemmas and constructs and observing them and being patient along the way. It is about inquiring where do these tendencies exist; where do they come from; why do they come; how do they come and how and where do they go? All of this is motion and all of this is perception and even forces and forms and all of this is One.

I am a gift from beyond and this gift transforms, changes, perceives, depends on something and is also absolute.

The biggest struggle so long has been of understanding what is happening within me and why cannot I express the contradiction or dilemma inside of me to someone? Why am I obsessed to be authentic and what is authenticity? In being so sharply focused on this question, perhaps I lose out on acceptance and resist change. Was this avoidable? I cannot answer this question since logic will only present the answer as a matter of choice. Choice does not solve the nature of existence and it only keeps on presenting alternatives of experiences. But does choice or intellect or analysis or logic offer peace?

To answer this question then, it is important to expand the definition of logic as a mere problem solving tool. Inspiration is also logic and so is lateral or comprehensive thinking. A tool is a tool but behind the tool is the intent, which comes from vibrations.

Ask yourself what is the intent of existing as mind and body? Why do we wish to remain so interdependent or conditional? Why do we base our identity on mind and body?

We require putting trust in existence. We require realizing what the nature of existence is. None of this process is straightforward and simple. Had it been so, many would become God and all misery would end in an instant. Motion exists and that is ok. Tendencies exist, people exist, vibrations exist, movements exist and all is ok. For, the existence of motion does not affect Divinity in any way and that is where our realization should reach. I may not even be able to say this verbally, yet all is ok with me and the world!

All questions of time, space, people, situations, events, frequencies, intensities, causal connections, emotions, feelings, logic, compartmentalization, positions, urgency, withdrawal, awareness should be dropped or one need not be bothered even if they remain suspended or they continue to exist. Existence is already there even if questions continue to generate, change and transform. Question does not mean something must be completed and we are currently incomplete and hence impermanent and hence unlovable. Rather a question is a question – a tendency of existence as mind. Embrace it. All is ok with any ‘question’! All is well!

Shree: Things

130822: Shree: Things

Nothing exists in isolation, except for the Principle. I am not different from anything else and all other things too make me. Reversely my essence is also found everywhere else. It is for this reason that a bounded answer does not exist and neither does a bounded question. One sets out for an inquiry at a point and it will take one to understanding of the entire cosmos (from part to whole) and finally to consciousness. Motion is not bounded at a particular spot of space and time – it leads to all other changing and interdependent spots and it goes round and round. If one is looking for “escape” then that is not possible. If one is looking for bounded understanding of a spot, then it is inevitable that the journey will lead you to the whole and that too in cycles. This is perhaps wholesomeness – that a part includes or expresses the nature of the Whole and the Whole is also present in the part. This characteristics is present in all phenomena and perhaps this is the nature of Existence – we too express this property obviously and hence if we start on a noble quest for knowing who we are, then we may realize that we are everywhere and all objects that we felt were different were actually our own reflections and finally all objects or forms or forces “melt” into the One. Whatever we are looking at or reflecting on or thinking about – finally leads to God and IS God. It is God that makes all motion possible and nothing else. This is what we are and this needs to be recalled.

It is for this reason perhaps (reason = purpose for the sake of writing here) that what we think has a cosmic repercussion and what happens in cosmos affects us too. The entire circuit is interlinked and represents the One as “many” as a matter of perception when in motion. Now this is our nature – as Existence and the sooner one accepts this, our own healing occurs immediately.

Vibrations by themselves are not bad – they are made up because of a state of mind. Realize this and vibrations can dissolve or at least they may not be able to affect us negatively. If at all at some point of time we realize that it is all One, then our focus changes towards becoming the One and motion does not disturb us more or does not compel us to see things differently. Seeing things differently indicates change and our urge to stop it – and therefore the stress. Letting go of change means to go to a higher state of Existence and becoming the One.

Let us understand what this means closer home. Firstly, all actions are Divinely inspired. Thus, intent of action, effort, result should be divinely recognized and not something of our own doing or making or expecting or evaluating or even complaining or even planning. This also means that things keep happening and they have no direct significance to what we are or what our worth is. If it is to happen in particular ways, it will. If it has to come, it will come – if it has to go, it will go. In fact, being worried about security or self worth or any phenomena is just not required.

As existence, there are two dimensions of expressions – mind or thought (or vibrations) and body or matter or form (which is again a state of vibration). Consciousness is also referred as Energy to vibrate into something (or Pure Potential) and this takes place as breath, mind and body. By controlling one of these, all others can be controlled. Hence deep breathing or concentration reveals Divinity.

Realization happens in different ways to different people at different times and places. The process is unique to the person, yet it is a universal process of evolution. I may understand things intellectually perhaps but saying the same logic to others has some other effect beyond my comprehension and vice versa. I may say something, but it may affect others emotionally and induce fear in them and I may be required to understand why such association got created. Similarly if an emotion is expressed by other person, I may not quite get the meaning of what was just said since I may “hear” it in my own ways. Point is about listening without applying any other ego parameter. Previously things seem to be very logical and straightforward and now perhaps they aren’t so. Maybe later, it would again become logical in a new way and the current complexity that I imagine, may get resolved. So one is always on the move.

If one tries to get deep into what causes certain vibrations within us, then it will take us to situations, pace of life, time, frequency, memory, disconnect and so on. Fear and anxiety are related to many things and the effort to focus on calmness also requires perhaps many angles to consider. These angles are not linear or sequential and they keep changing with space and time and hence reminding oneself of patience and calmness is a continuous process. It is not a product or a stop point or a destination – but always a continuous process. Existence is always a process – like continuous breathing. One of these processes is of remembrance of the Principle.

In other terms, I do not think that “thought” itself has got any answers to calmness – it sometimes only worsens the phenomenon. We may plan enough, compartmentalize enough, create sequences enough, be engaged enough, act enough, think enough and do enough – but peace may yet remain elusive. Is the act of doing to create peace? Then this inquiry leads to expectation, which defeats the philosophical worldview. Is it about anything? This inquiry again is to be left at a level of suspension and not of resolution and perhaps philosophy is about speculation and suspension and patience and not of intellectual solutions.

If one refers to what gender means, then it can also lead to interesting things. Inference wise, I feel gender need not be looked as a competitive force (some people may also critique this saying as being chauvinistic pig but I do not know at present). Genders see things differently intellectually and emotionally. Their ways of responding to situations, people, conversations are different. Is that a problem? I do not feel so. Should one become like the other gender? That would be near impossible and is also not required. By being different, you see things differently and hence can respond in different ways and see the given gender based problem from another angle. We are informed by gender, age, body, mind and many other constructs. As motion we remain conditioned. But this is only a mist or an illusion that conceals the Truth of consciousness. Motion may offer us gateways to realize the Truth. There are billion ways of thinking and expressing – that can bewilder one easily if one expects things to remain streamlined or sorted or ironed out logically. Everyone is in the mode of ironing things and they do it by compulsive drive of the ego. Once the illness is known, the remedy can be found. I may be a man and someone else may be a woman, but that does not mean anything in absolute sense. Both are relative, interdependent, complimentary, reflective positions (having no independent existence) and therefore who am I to say anything about myself or any other person? So accept things as they are, since to bestow a mind and body based meaning is to pollute the event of consciousness.

Philosophically, Existence is about “pure unconditional action of becoming”. There is no doubt that action takes place but our intent of perceiving action requires philosophical basis and not an intellectual one or an egoistic one. So when we say that things happen – or motion takes place- there is pure action and no need of finding any purpose or evaluating it or judging it. Consciousness or Its presence, creates this action and that is all there is to it.

Hari Om.

Shree: Patience

110822: Shree: Patience

The One and its understanding develops in many ways – the same Principle in all events, situations, realities, vibrations, perceptions is realized in new ways and this of course happens by patience.

Ego or the construct of separation, mind-body, and vibrations creates motion or the perception thereof. Patience is required to dissolve this construct or to go beyond. As much as we realize Godliness or Divinity or acknowledgment of presence of Divine Will, sooner is this process of becoming blissful.

The process is about becoming unconditional. I am not anything what perception defines me as – changing, impermanent, fearful, expectations, urges, race, space or time or anything else. I am not dilemma or intellect or feelings or contradictions or introspection or action or forces or forms or anything else. I am not the manifestation. I am not what I see or sense or touch or smell or taste or think or do. I am not defined by any of these qualities or informed by them or compelled by them. I am not the space or the time. I am the eternal One who manifests as above qualities.

Yet the above understanding requires one to pass through terrible amount of pain and develop patience. Whoever said that realization was a cake walk must be joking.

Pain is inevitable and a very important learning too. And there is nothing to fear change and which causes pain – all is self created because of the belief in vibrations and what those generate for us as life and death (or change).

What manifests will dissolve and what dissolves will manifest again – perhaps in new forms and new character. Let there be any number of change in all scenarios forever – underlying all this is the permanent One. Manifestation is a form of the One. There is only the One, all forms are just states of the One’s existence. Manifesting and dissolving indicate our states of mind, which means we are again expressions of the One. We can become One or we can manifest into something. This training is to be acquired; else we may get tossed as the wind flows and the ship drifts.

Behind all motion and forms and words and characters exist many, many forces that shape or give expression to a form – as thought or feeling or words or tendency such as anger or anything else. Anger is a misplaced notion. On whom to be angry and why? For what? Are we angry at a ‘form’ that changes; a relationship that changes; an outcome that changes; the self that changes; time that changes and space that changes?! And why is anger even required? The same question is applicable for pain too. As someone out here, I plan something, I sequence out things, I expect certain results, I remain engaged in this crazy pursuit since all things keep changing and I get frightened of change. Why to endorse this crazy idea? What is is. What is received is there. What goes will be going anyway. Where is the role of ‘me’, anyway?! Why should there be a role, anyway?! Why am I even imagining a role? Why should there be an imagination?

Again, as logical as the question may sound and the answer may be known, it still requires patience to not get distracted and get defined by logical somersaults of the intellect or the pulls of emotions or the resignation of feelings.

This is patience – unconditional bliss which is not affected by any damn thing of motion.

Hari Om.

Shree: feelings and pain

100822: Shree: feelings and pain

observation, comparison, analysis and inference are tools used to make perception of the world. these tools are forces or vibrations that create reality. depending on the intent with which vibrations get set up, the tools are deployed. i can either feel miserable after comparison or blissful if the tool is used appropriately. feeling miserable or blissful therefore is in my hands and irrespective of situation, this inherent feeling can be a core of our existence. so feelings come first and then situations or state of existence. or feelings generate a state of existence. we rarely know this so we think that situations ought to be controlled for peace of mind - which does not go too far as an effort. better still, is to control the mind or vibrations that make the mind.

i also realized that feelings are deeper than intellect which is deeper than emotions. feelings perhaps a close to consciousness, then intellect and then emotions. this translates as soul, thought or mind and body. each of this - defines a state of existence or awareness or vibrations. soul is beyond everything, whereas other dimensions change and are interdependent.

but an important point is that if one starts to become focused and still, then one of the fundamental feelings get generated - or feelings represent a condensation of many thoughts or experiences.

from that aspect, feelings should not be shunned - it may be pain or love. feelings become our being or core of our thought. feelings therefore cannot be and need not be justified and they require different language for expression. all art or even existence should generate from this.

situations are such currently that they cause pain. and pain may lead to consciousness because when one thinks and introspects such deep feelings, one understands that the approach to existence is consciousness and not mind or body or thought. what feeling one has become is his/her state of existence - perhaps not a matter of choice.

there is a feeling of motion that is a mix of wavering vibrations. there is a feeling of pain that makes one sombre. there is feeling of bliss that is to exist unconditionally.

one need not negate pain or sadness from life - it is a trigger for many positive actions as a consequence. it is a trigger to become meaningful. it is a trigger to reach to bliss.

Shree

080822: Shree

writing about consciousness is to know the "mapping" of thoughts. we do not know the final answer, but mapping and observing one's vibrations are important nevertheless. perhaps knowing motion from various perspectives will help us to go beyond eventually. so it is not about judgment or evaluation, but more to do with why and how these feelings generate and what are these and what can we do about them. in the process we may feel incomplete but that too is to be accepted.

every birth, we make certain relationships and see certain forms. forms indicate forces and these indicate vibrations and that indicates consciousness. so eventually all forms should indicate the same and the One consciousness. hence forms are immaterial to base our response.

motion indicates forces. these change too. since vibrations change too. it is my belief that by doing something more or compartmentalizing something i can get more returns - emotionally and intellect wise. the answer is yes and no. by controlling change of space and time in any way, we do not go beyond since change cannot be stopped or controlled in absolute sense of motion. it can only be observed and we become calm amidst any change we perceive. change is not us. we may think by doing this or that or deciding this or that or going here or there or doing this or that or working out a problem or a lacuna here or there, we may become perfect and peaceful. we generate feelings of motion since we are born in vibrations. vibrations make us feel incomplete and always potentially keep on becoming something. the situation is not static and all situations, relationships, conditions, activities keep changing. change cannot cause fear. it causes fear, which means we generate change and we get affected by the same and we cannot see the One behind the change. there may be billions of years for me to learn  - there is change or no change. either i see change or i do not perceive change.

running around does not help and solving issues at break neck speed does not offer solace. neither does suppression. we do this because we take everything personally. it is all God; it is all imagination of mind and body and this is to be realized.

there is no greater truth than existence and no greater truth than being true to yourself. everyone is divine and everyone has a right to pursue what he/she feels proper.

Shree: Giving

070822: Shree: Giving

Ability to remain calm is more important than anything else – that does not mean suppression of feelings or rejection. We are disturbed by our own vibrations and we identify with change, dependence, conditions and think that by controlling any aspect of motion, we will attain peace. For one, none of the things of motion are dependable or permanent. They change, since we ourselves change. There is no logical answer to issues of life since the phenomenon of existence is beyond logic.

Despite this nature, effort of calming oneself is required to be undertaken. Realize that bliss is unconditional and it is of limited use to think of situations or past and future connections of self or other or any field. All motion is a mirror of our own tendencies and that is all there is to it. We need not confirm to motion, neither take its burden nor feel guilty of anything. Do your job well and the best way to do a job is to realize that God is the sole Doer of things and what we do is given to Him. What comes out of it is to be accepted without any complaints.

This fact is to be remembered time and again till this feeling becomes the core of our existence.

We take many things personally. What people say, with what intentions, how and why is not an indication of us and neither is it compulsory for us to answer anything or troubleshoot the situation. We are a witness and we respond with full attention. That is all there is to it. That being said, to achieve this state of mind, it is important to practice calmness and silence and enhance the ability to analyse thoughts and feelings of self (and the other).

One purpose of philosophy is to generate this attitude and then see things in perspective of giving, surrendering, love, acceptance, duty, delight. This attitude may happen in an instant or may take time – but whatever time it takes, it is important to take efforts. Take efforts, try – things materialize in some way. Accept them. Continue taking delight and always give.
