Shree: being steady

perception is a result of vibrations leading to forms that remain interdependent and keep changing - this is the manner in which we express through any forms of expression - from language to words to poems to paintings and so on. expression is inevitable - in what way vibrations create expressions is important.
first of all, there is nothing to fear, since fear is a construct of a state of mind that considers itself aloof or separated from the creation process. analysis will only help one to understand this situation in better ways and help us to accept this scenario, but it is not just analysis that is sufficient for bliss. we are required to become calm, meditate, remember God, think appropriately, act, feel, and so on. all dimensions of perception are require to point towards meeting God or becoming God. all we see or create and respond is a construct and it is only for us to realize our nature of perception taking place as "motion".
many times we cannot explain what we encounter deep within and we expect people to read our minds and accept us as we are. it may or may not happen. changes happen, anything can change and people may understand or they won't. all this thinking too creates separation of self with others (or a hint of ego) and hence there is pain again. the issue is with our identification with separation, no matter how subtle levels we become ourselves.
this is to be accepted as a part of evolution. painful, but true. there is always still a possibility of becoming anything despite the situation and hence to become God. at a more practical level, it is about analyzing emotions and clearing the ground for taking unbiased and unconditioned decisions and trusting that all will be good. even if this is achieved, a lot of load gets lifted or cleared from our minds.
