To exist means to
become visible as space and become related or connected with it. Existence has
spatial, temporal and experiential dimensions and which comes first is a mute
point.
If any experience
of some kind (vibrations) want to become "something", it has to be
made *_visible as_* space and time.
I am also a space
and time starting from vibrations, to thoughts, to feelings to the outside
medium.
Therefore to assume
that space is neutral and physical is a misconception. I and space are integral
in thoughts, feelings, senses, movements, changes and interactions. The sense
of a grounded place can be created if the same seed of intent is within
me.
Can a diagram have
all above realizations and can a diagram be seen as a method to also uncover or
discover more realizations? Can realizations be spoken about? Can they help to
connect? Can they help in designing?
How do ideas in
planning on site or compositions depend on _perceptions_ of space? A physical
way of considering 'site' may lead to a response in designing that would be
different than a symbolic spatial idea that awaits expression. How does one
deal with these ideas and shouldn't they be entertained and accepted in academic
institutions?
