Fruitful connections happen at various levels, not just visual, not just logical. 

 It is not necessary to visually ensure and logically ensure that things fall into place and an aim is achieved. If that's the case, then the architecture seems to become limited only to a narrow definition of function and efficiency. 

Not all things can be stated or shown or justified. And even if they can't, that doesn't diminish their _value_ in existence. Things which are invisible, generally tend to be fundamental and peaceful. 

The choice is what should humanity prefer? And is this choice only rational and temporal?
