Shree

Shree

Experience or feelings are always rounded, connected, changing, perceiving, evoking memory and can include dilemmas, confusions, fears, dedication, honesty, avoidance, compartments, defense, assistance, love, disgust - _all at the same time_.

This doesn't necessarily mean a flippant mind or an unsteady mind. It only simply can mean a humane mind that has everything within it and through it, perceives things in relations.

We then seem to deny our darker sides and tendencies to hide them. But it does harm.

Fundamentally this hiding nature seems to be a tendency born from embarrassment and appearing _vulnerable_ as a self phenomenon and too much dependent and temporary and weak and fearful of the tragic of death.

Accept the vulnerability, which seems to be a very fundamental core of our experience. We are vulnerable and there's nothing to be ashamed of or even any position to be taken with respect to this character. Why should we burden ourselves by justifying vulnerability?!!

This question should eventually make us more comfortable or carefree. I don't care that I am vulnerable and I can be extremely stupid unintentionally. I am of course at the mercy of Existence and only some equilibrium is realized along the way...I am not answerable to the equilibrium definition as well, but perhaps the place of equilibrium is common for all.
