Shree : stating the problem
One of the biggest challenges in times to come, is the quality of engagement (and it's effect on our perception) with the "systems".
The systems seem to have gone beyond only an outside tool of utility and is altering our way of perceiving reality altogether. By reality, I mean the perception of space, time, action, people, purpose, meaning, memory and awareness.
Perhaps the fundamental nature of today's time is about the intensity and the scale of fragmentation in thoughts leading to subsequent painful and confusing or chaotic or complex feelings towards phenomena.
But the root cause of this snowball effect is the mind and how it perceives _itself_ as a phenomenon. Controlling the mind or ordering it or structuring it has led the mind to create a system based on algorithms or systems that seems to strangle life out of this equation. This leads to more fear, more need of control, more suffocation, more fragmentation, more alienation and so on.
The struggle is not only of discovering values, but also to have a human experience of connections, although that too is diminishing or merging with algorithmic thinking.
The inquiry is: what actions can maintain this touch of human based connections with the environment?
