Liberation is a misguided concept if equated to escaping from conditions or a context. That's the track probably "progress" of mind has taken in the materialistic world.
Styles, compulsion to change, production, multi tasking, consumption, excessive surveillance....all seem to convey the same trajectory. The latest lens of deploying AI or engagement with virtual reality (latest form of technology) is also another idea of liberation from struggles or dilemmas. It might not be so promising, but who is considering this question?!
We perhaps need to accept that, we don't come here to solve a problem or fix a thing...we aren't saviours or Gods who can uplift lesser mortals or be some rock support system for anybody or anything.
This thought perhaps is humbling and admitting the shere amount of *vulnerability* of a body is not a sign of weakness, but requires great courage and awareness. We are vulnerable, one need not feel anything ashamed of it. It is in fact natural to feel so and why should even one try to hide it?!!
It is obvious how the world becomes and changes but we have a hard time accepting it! Vulnerability may come as ignorance, defence, attack, violence, ridiculing, labeling, justifying, controlling, business and so on.
One should realize how these tendencies happen and how one accepts such tendencies. Acceptance is a journey and not a maggie noodle action. Action is a journey.
